If I could give 0 stars I would. We came by on Wednesday at 4 and there was a sign in the window saying “be back soon” we decided to make an appointment instead of waiting. Made the appointment for Friday at 5:30 and confirmed, had my number and name written down for a single lined tattoo. We get there at 5 a bit early for our appointment (common courtesy) expecting to wait a bit, the guy working acts like he has no idea about our appointment and goes to the back. Comes back 10 minutes later and says our artist is on his way back and running late but will be here shortly. It is now 6:52 pm and we are leaving this “tattoo” shop with no tattoo, no sight of our artist, and not even a sorry you waited an hour and a half for nothing. John is an incredible artist! He did an amazing job on my cover up! He does absolutely breath taking work! Being my first time getting work done by him, It really puts your mind to ease when multiple different people come in and literally wait hours upon hours to get their work done by John, waiting such a length of time without hesitation because he is such a wonderful artist.
