We stayed 3 nights in Siesta Sands on the Beach. We were in room 82, a ground floor room, with parking space for 2 cars. You enter through the bedroom, with a big king bed, past the bathroom there, and enter the living room and full kitchen area.||||Our unit had nice leather couches in the living room. In the sun room, there was a trundle bed, in addition to a table and 4 chairs. That room opened out onto a deck area with another table (with umbrella) and 4 chairs.||||A walkway over the wall to the beach had a faucet for washing sand off your feet on the return trip. And a sign warned that the steps could be hot, sitting in the sun.||||There was a patio on the parking lot side, with several chairs and a small table.||||What was really nice, was that you could use any of the equipment in the closets that were outside the units. We used a beach umbrella and some beach towels that previous users had left behind.||||The beach in front of this place was noticeably less crowded than the public beach off to the left.||||If this place had a pool, we'd be back in a heartbeat. Read moreIf you are planning a trip to beautiful Siesta Key Beach definitely consider staying here. Perfect location right on a quiet end of beach. We stayed in two separate Condos 63 and 71 both were very clean and comfortable. We did prefer Condo #71--due to being on the first floor--with both a private patio in the back and another patio over looking the beach. The second floor has a great view but no patios. There were thoughtful spaces to store your belongings in your temporary home. Although we did not cook, it was nice to have the fridge to store extra water and soda. Was wonderful both being on the beach through one side of the condo and out the other side you could walk the easy 2 blocks into the Village for food, drink and music. Nice to leave the car parked at night so much more relaxing. Staff was wonderful, very friendly and helpful. ||||We came home and I immediately booked a stay for next October--Siesta Sands on the Beach is going to be our home...
Read moreMy sweetie and i wanted somewhere to visit for our one year anniversary. He looked up Siesta Key when someone suggested it , raving about the sand. We started to do some research and saw the location of Siesta sands and decided that was the one. The dates were not available online , so we decided not to book anything and just drive out there sure we would find what we wanted. We pulled up there first, and hoped for the best. Luck was on our side, we walked in and met Collette, what an amazing woman.. We asked if there was by any chance a cancellation for two days , and just so happen there was!! She hooked us up with a room for two nights, the room was clean and fully furnished even with dishes! A king sized bed so plenty of room!! We had all our meals looking out at the ocean. Beautiful beach! wonderful place ! We are definitely going there for our second...
