I had a Samsung Galaxy S 9+ front and back glass, camera glass and the digitizer screen (TV screen) replaced but I bought the parts off Amazon and Joe charged me for labor... depending on how well it's made the take apart process is reversed then just like at the factory, so it is done by Joe - I mean the same exact process SOME HAVE TO BE BAKED. Some phones may be more complicated than others to build, so you'll have to pay more for labor if your phone is well constructed. I had no choice but to have it repaired when every a$$hole I met said UPGRADE... well I can't Bluetooth both phones if the the old phone is broken. Now my world is good. OH YEAH... I have an LG 9900 flip keyboard phone from 2010. It finally wore out after 6 years. So I found a brand new one in Malaysia, Indonesia for 35 dollars. I'm taking those 2 dinosaurs 🦕 and having the brains of the old phone put in the brand new phone then I can simply Bluetooth pictures & videos to my new upgrade I bought. Anything that is sentimental, pictures of time in paradise with someone now gone, those once in a lifetime moments but now are trapped in device forever lost. Go find you an exact replacement on Google & take both to Joe do he can do his magic. Wait until the memories, emotions, sounds & smells comeback. Any phone can be shipped to him and returned insuring that a world thought lost and gone forever has now been returned and restored back to a time where it...

They diagnosed my repairs to my computer same day of dropping off at late in the day. Was emailed, called multiple times, and sent text messages regarding my repair. Couldn't have been more informed! They even went above and beyond by helping my computer run cooler and being realistic with us that my computer was worth repairing. Pricing was VERY reasonable. Pickup was simple as ever. Will definitely be returning for service and have recommended them multiple times!😄

Update- when I picked up my laptop I purchased a tempered glass for my iPhone 7 Plus. Was told lifetime warranty and paid a decent price which included them installing it for me.

Fast forward 10 months- my tempered glass got cracked. Took my phone to the new location and was informed there was no lifetime warranty! Ah! But I gave a few details and Carl took my word for it. He then later found the information for the lifetime warranty and replaced my tempered glass without any fuss and super quick. Means a lot for them to not haggle over previous employees errors. And got something for my kids for a terrific...

Through his detailed knowledge of my specific model and year of laptop (early generation Microsoft Surface Pro), Carl was able to quickly diagnose a hardware issue that was unique to that year’s model that would cause it not to turn on. It was totally unresponsive when I brought it in to the shop (I thought it was permanently dead), but within 10 minutes, Carl had diagnosed it and taken the appropriate troubleshooting measure (it involved pressing firmly on a specific part of the back of the computer — if I did it myself, I would have been very concerned about breaking it, but Carl knew right where to press and how hard to press). After that, the laptop turned on and worked as normal — he fixed it on the spot!
