I placed my order for 3 combo meals. I was handed 1 of my 3 drinks and 2 straws, which I thought a little odd, and asked to pull up to wait. I pulled up and a guy brought my food out without my drinks. I explained that I still needed the other two drinks. He went inside for an exceptionally long amount of time and comes back with one drink. He tells me that the girl at the window already gave me 2. I told him that she had given me 1and which one it was. He repeated that she had given me the drink. I again said that I paid for 3, I now had 2 and I wanted the other one. He then told me there was nothing he could do. Um, yes, you can. You will get me the other drink I paid for. They literally acted like I was lying for a free drink while they attempted to steal the money I paid for the drink. I asked if he wanted to search the car or what, I literally had 2 drinks. I don't know if the girl gave my drink to the next car or what, but they sat there and acted like I was lying for a good 10 minutes and I finally got ready to go inside when he said he'd get a manager. She stood there with my 10 year old son's drink, not offering it, and said, "I hear there's a problem." Um, yes. I paid for 3 drinks. I got 2 drinks. That's my problem. She hands it to me and tells me to have a nice night. No apology, no, "we made a mistake". Maybe hire some people who can actually figure out what they are doing. And sometimes, remember that YOU AS EMPLOYEES MIGHT BE THE ONES IN THE WRONG. I don't write many bad reviews. My experience has to be pretty bad to actually write one. Read moreEdit to add again 10/4/2025, I had to come back through and get another loaded fry… Jamie is the fry guy and if you need a loaded fry make sure he is working!!! Also Natalia “Nat” has to be the sweetest ever. Very attentive and accommodating. The manager had to go to the other location for shells for the tacos, and I had just asked if I could put them on my order and pick up later so I could use my rewards coupon. She printed a separate receipt so that I could come back later and get them. Also their tea has to be some in of the best and fresh in fast food. Third pic is fry’s today! :)
UPDATE::: ok I went through today, and the loaded fry guy was there, he made my fry’s!!!! Now this is loaded!!! 100! See second picture! Also the staff is amazing there! 10star! Finally… Zaxbys, FINALLY!!!!! This was my 5th time ordering yesterday, 10/1/25 the loaded fry’s… but never have they been loaded” as the pic shows or as one would want, when they get something loaded… even when asking for extra etc. One day I ate inside, usually I grab to go, and I got them.. I was disappointed but didn’t feel like complaining… but as I walked by a worker sitting there eating his, like man why can’t mine look as loaded as that… I learned early on in jobs especially in the food and beverage industry to make it as you’d want to eat it.. customer satisfaction is key! Read moreHere's an idea, take 30 seconds longer per order, I've been there 3 times in the last week. That 30 second delay may make some people pass by, but your ridiculous parking lot could accommodate people who will wait. But just like the old building I stopped giving you my money. Thanks for the overcooked fries, and unsauced sandwich, it makes me have no regret never overpaying for sloppy untrained employees. Also asking me what I ordered, explain that, you accusing me of something or is even your drive-thru management systems 1 star. Shame, cause I work in hospitality and it pains me to have any service failures like you had multiple times with my patronage. Oh well, always worth it to go out of town to chik fil a.
