I left a picture linked to this complaint my wife visited Taco Bell last night at the times listed they corrected the problem with no issue let me state that to begin with but the depth of rudeness that was displayed is utterly unacceptable from a restaurant they took the receipt from my wife and later found out the manager was peeking around the corner making very rude faces at my wife at which my wife then inquired to the lady at the window if there was a problem the lady looked at her and then slammed the window in her face the lady refused to give her name when I returned and asked but I have left time stamps in the picture of when my wife was in the Drive-Thru so you can identify her when I returned the manager on duty offered his name and refused to give me the ladies and told me there was no need to worry about her but he was also involved in the incident after another lady politely got the manager for my wife when she had the window slammed in her face the manager walked up and blatantly asked what the problem was we fixed your food right very rudely when my wife went to ask and explain the situation the manager whose name was Quinn perform the same action and slammed the window and her face again my wife was not rude at any point but was flabbergasted and came home upset so at this point I drove up to the Taco Bell in Fernandina Beach Florida drove up to the window and simply demanded the names as I have stated the young lady refused to give hers multiple times but the manager did offer his I told him I would be filing a complaint and contacting his district manager for which I have his personal cell number because he is a customer of mine I hope you understand as business owners that this is unacceptable even if my wife had been rude or irate this is no way to treat a customer who just spent $50 at a fast food location as shown on the receipt also included in the photograph please take care of this and the best way you see fit but know you have lost loyal customers in this area because I am not the first to experience this issue nor will I be the last most likely and I will be ensuring that everyone I speak to knows of the rudeness that was displayed here tonight it is very unprofessional unseemly and just all around uncalled for as a business owner myself I would be appalled if one of my employees acted this way and I would not make any attempt to ensure their job afterwards thank you and be blessed (This is a copy of what I posted on the Taco Bell corporate site I am reposting it here as well at the specific taco...
Read moreComing back to add to my already poor review, it’s sucks bc I do enjoy Taco Bell and order frequently, I’ll say day shift is 100x better than night shift. I don’t know why they are so stingy with their add ons, but even more so their damn nacho fry’s! Every time, and I mean EVERY time they never fill the fry container. When you put in for an add on, you maybe get a little smidge here and there but not properly made thoroughly… like do the employees pay for the product, I don’t know but they act like the hardest thing to do is make the order proper. I’m sorry but I’ve worked in food and beverage industry over half my life, and I always make everything to the standard of how I’d like mine made. Just wish customer service could be half of what it use to be.
My crispy chicken taco was a mess, broken, and barley any meat… my soft taco, was supposed to have no lettuce, and there was a tiny bit of meat on one side of it, then my cheesy bean and rice burrito had no beans, very dissatisfied with this Taco Bell, I don’t even eat the quesadilla because it’s mainly cheese, no chicken….. and ultimately they forgot my sauces!! My first time to leave a review… but it’s always the same thing! This Taco Bell is scarce in meats, cheese(even when paid for extra) and the food is never what it’s supposed to be! Hope they get new mgmt, and figure out their service. Bc I love Taco Bell...
Read moreToday I ordered Taco Bell through the app, but for delivered via DoorDash. After sometime of waiting, I went to track my order, and realize it had been canceled. Upon calling the store, I was told that the DoorDash driver didn’t want to sign Taco Bell‘s signature papers, and because so he decided to cancel my order. He did not contact me, or try to let me know. However when talking to the store the lady that answered had said she just finished my food, this is not the first time they’ve had to deal with that from a dasher. We went ahead and made to trip to get the food since it had been made and my card charged. I must say this was some of the best taco bell I have had to date from this store after almost a year of living here. Everything was cooked well, no items were missing, and my Bach fry’s were seasoned perfectly. I’ve had some bad experiences here, bit today was not one of those.
