Amelia Fresh Café — Restaurant in Florida

I love Nassau Health foods and the Fresh Cafe! They have good specials throughout the week in the grocery part and items you can't find anywhere else on the island. The options at the cafe and in the grab-n-go cooler are also always great, tasty, and unique! When I'm craving just a proper and creative selection of veggies, I know I will find something awesome there. Also...why are the dressings so good!? Every dressing on the salad or wrap I've ever tried is so good.

Probably my only suggestion might be to make sure wraps don't sit too long in the grab-and-go (or discount them if it's been past a certain point) because there have been a couple times I've gotten them and they were not the freshest...but it's not frequent! I also wish the old coffee bar got turned into a smoothie bar or something because I think that could be an added...

Rude staff and wildly unsanitary. Saw cook in open kitchen touching his nose, face, and body without gloves. Also saw him touch peoples food without gloves on right after touching himself.

This is unacceptable, especially since he went from touching himself, other objects around the kitchen, to touching food without washing his hands. This place cooks raw meat, which means that even if we weren’t in a pandemic someone is at risk of getting seriously ill.

Also, did I mention no one in the kitchen had a mask on while cooking?

Great place to grocery shop, get healthy cosmetics and vitamins also with great breakfast and lunch! This place is getting better and better so I decided to add to my previous review! Their grass fed burger's are amazing and every Friday they have fish tacos that are my absolute favorite I drive from Jacksonville just to get these. Everything taste fresh and their entire menu has a wide variety of options. The lemon caper salmon is also one of my go tos. And if you want breakfast, try their breakfast burritos! Also their staff is really nice Nick is a great guy and their owner buster is the best! Tell them LT...
