I purchased tickets to see Rod Stewart at Ceasars Palace Colosseum on Mothers day weekend. I saw this show with my parents and we were all ecstatic at first. Well... that quickly faded as the concert went on. It seems that whoever does the sound check for Rod's concert must have been deaf. The music was far louder than Rod Stewarts mic so everything Rod sang was drowned out by his band. The other really upsetting part was the visuals. You know people pay a lot for these tickets and even the cheap seats can still be pricey. So because there was 3 of us in my group I paid for what I could afford and that was at the 4th level and although it seemed like it might be okay seats once the show began it was clear that you would have to strain to see Rod Stewart. The jumbo tvs they had in front that should make him more clearer to the audience above couldnt even watch the jumbo tvs because they had made it where his head was cut off for the entire show. So you were watching a headless Rod Stewart bouncing around the stage on the screen. Not to mention that the ushers did a poor job controlling the audience members who chose to stand and block everyones view. Aside from the issues it was an okay show. He sang some hits and the rest seemed like obscure songs that not everyone had heard. There were a ton of hits he didnt sing that my parents and I waited to hear and they never came on. The Colosseum really is a poor vendor. The escalator wasnt working when we went and my elderly parents are disabled and they couldnt climb stairs. Now lets be honest its an older crowd that sees Rod Stewart so they should consider the audience and what their needs are. They had broken escalators and one small elevator accompanied by a long wait. Imagine the crowd shoved up against the one elevator trying to squeeze in. So overall my experience was subpar and really I expected more from the vendor. I came to see Rod perform and what I got was a headless performer and his backup singers singing song covers of other songs half of the show. Whatever. See the show at your own risk. They seriously need to revamp...

Went to see my favorite artist, Marco Antonio Solis, on September 14th, 2025. We had a very UNFORTUNATE experience. The concert had just started when a lady behind us vomited all over the place and right next to our seats. The cleaning crew came to clean up, but it was not enough; the smell was horrific. We had to be standing in the aisle until the cleanup was complete. One of the ushers who was there gave my sister-in-law a tough time demanding she move from the aisle. There was no place for us to go. When the cleanup was complete, we came back to our seats. I noticed there was still more cleaning to do; they did not clean the seats next to us or the floor. The cleaning crew was called once again. At this point, I requested that our seats be moved, and they wanted to relocate us to a section where you are standing to watch the show. I refused because my seats were in the front row, and, of course, I wanted to enjoy the show while sitting down. It was very disappointing when the ushers and security allowed this lady and her partner to re-enter the venue. I was exasperated and furious because she had already ruined our experience and fun night at the show. I asked why she was allowed back inside after she had vomited, and they told us that medical had cleared her. By this time, we had already missed half of the concert, our drinks had been ruined because we did not know if something unpleasant had fallen inside them, and my sister-in-law's merchandise, worth $150.00, had been stolen. I do not recommend going to a venue or concert here at the Colosseum. We filed a formal written complaint, and as of today, we have not received a response from anyone—this has been a...

My husband got us tickets to a concert, and when I tried to pick them up without him as he was in tournament there was an issue. They should have been under my phone number to begin with, but mistakes happen. My issue was the absurdity of the customer service I received. I was in the middle being told by the host who works for Caesar’s what to do to help fix the issue to be told just the opposite by the box office. As I understand it was miscommunication, when I tried to clarify what it was that I needed to do, the box office wouldn’t call the person I was speaking with to clarify, couldn’t give me the number so the host could call just kept saying they have the number as I’m on the phone and she’s clearly explaining she doesn’t. It was a total mess. My biggest issue was how the girl helping was rolling her eyes like we were bothering her by helping us, the manager finally did his job and magically got what he needed from the lady he “couldn’t call or speak to about clarifying the issue”. The manager, when at this point were pretty upset as this charade had been going on all day, said ok good you have your tickets bye…. And dismissed us. The manger Juan shouldn’t be a manger of box office Caesar’s as he cannot communicate with others in order to handle customer issues. He walked alway multiple times as if he couldn’t be bothered to assist, only after expressing the obvious block we were trying to get past and being dismissive. The communication at Caesar’s Palace between entities is absolutely horrible and needs to be examined closely if they want to continue to have customers stay and play at...
