She made sure no one was left out or purchased without knowing the policy that ALL sales are final. I appreciate that so much. I was having a rough time and I sometimes browse and buy cosmetics to take my mind off things. It was just a pleasant experience. No stress despite my big purchase. Lol. I had been to this store in the past and the customer service is hit or miss. Some staff have been very unpleasant. I know several people who wont shop here anymore. I have been spreading the word that a new face is at the store. She's very pleasant. The store is always very clean and I enjoy the variety of discounted big named products I can get. They sell all of these great products MAC, CLINIQUE, BOBBI BROWN, ESTEE LAUDER, TOO FACED, SMASH BOX, ORIGINS, TOM FORD, and some others. Again, ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!! Keep this in mind when shopping... Be sure to use the testers to make sure you have the correct shade etc. Such a fun place again!!! The 5 stars are for my excellent experiences and the variety of great stuff I can buy. Not for the mean non engaging staff.    Read moreThis is my first one star review and I feel horrible for leaving it but my treatment was unacceptable. I’ve never been to this location before but I decided to give it a try on Sunday 04/23. Needless to say- I will not be returning. I walked in- there are two shorter, older women behind the cash register area. It seems to be they were looking at something on their phone-They did say hello, but that was about it. I felt like I couldn't ask them any questions because they were too busy doing whatever it was they were doing. None of the products have prices so you have to ask them to check it for you which is already very frustrating as a consumer and I just felt like I kept bothering them since they were more concerned with personal conversation. I usually go to the Clarksburg location and they give amazing service-but I live closer to National Harbor so I thought I would try to start getting my products from there especially because I run out of my Night Repair pretty often and sometimes don't want to make the drive just to get one product. Plus I love shopping at Tanger Outlet in general!!!! No one at this location seems to be attentive at all or concerned with giving good customer service!!!!! After Sunday, I will continue to drive the extra half hour...
   Read moreHello, my name is wendy I been there today in the store cosmetics in tangers maryland, the one is close to adidas store, I was shopping and for accident I dropped perfume cap on the floor, some lady she called herself manager (curly hair and piercing and all.her face) told me you must pickup, I told her I will and she told me ok " do it I want to see", I get mad because I am costumer and she wasn't polite with me and was rude and she was yelling, so I didn't pickup the perfume drap, and she take off the makeup that I want buy and told me she will not sell me nothing to me, she refused sell to me the make up because she was mad at me because I didn't pickup the perfume drap when she toldme; she said have good day with ironic voice, I was upset and I left the store, It is bad experience to me because we are the costumer they supposed to be polite with us, maybe she is the manager but she is not the owner, I hope the people in charge can read it, and try to fix something because it's not...
