I had the absolute pleasure of shopping at the Movado Company Store at Tanger Outlets in Oxon Hill, MD, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by Christele and Raymond, who were both incredibly personable and genuinely excited to welcome me.

This was my first time purchasing a Movado watch, and they made it such a memorable occasion. The store itself is stunning—filled with a vast selection of beautiful, elegant timepieces, more than I’ve seen in any other local store. The atmosphere is sophisticated yet calming, with a “Quiet Storm” vibe that makes shopping feel luxurious and unrushed.

Christele took the time to walk me through the store’s exclusive sales and standout styles, ensuring I found something truly unique. Raymond was fantastic in helping me pick out the perfect watch for my dad, making the experience even more special. To top it all off, my birthday watch was elegantly wrapped with a bow, making the moment feel extra celebratory!

I had the worst experience ever at this location, there is this black older pank women that’s works in the store , I don’t remember her name but she was working on Thursday afternoon with a taller sales guy, she was very very very mean and very disrespectful for customers, she don’t listen to you when u talk she cuts you and start talking with other customers, when you ask her questions, she answers with attitude and anger , she told that she can not give my money back because I paid in cash n she don’t have cash on her register, which is not my problem, she told me to add more money n buy or leave without my cash , it was the store fulat after I paid for two watcha they told me that it’s not in the stoke they have only one n told me I should come back the next day , when I did this lady told me that she can’t give me my money because she don’t have cash , it was one of the most worset expiriance ever, I didt not expect this kind of customer service from this...

My fiancé and I had a great experience at this watch store. I really wish I knew the name of the gentleman that helped us so I could give him credit. He was very patient with us and let us try on any watch we wanted in the store without question. We ended up purchasing 3 watches- a his and hers from Movado Signature collection and an Active Sport for myself. They had some amazing deals going on that we couldn’t pass up. The associate helping us was knowledgeable about each watch, even down to the small details with the diamond/gold in the 12 position. After purchasing, he was kind enough to size the watches for us and remove links so we could wear them immediately. Great experience for both of us. Highly recommend shopping...
