The Holly Berry — Attraction in Evergreen

I ordered a new baby pink roses floral arrangement and stuffed bear from my local florist via Teleflora. I personally witnessed the phone call between my florist and The Holly Berry asking for a stuffed bear as it was a new baby gift. Order was agreed to be delivered next day. Later that day I was told delivery would be a day later due to The Holly Berry too busy with another order. Delivery day I found out that a stuffed cactus was delivered instead of a teddy bear. I’ll never order through this shop again. Their customer service sucks!!!!!

Update: After reading the response from the owner, I have to correct a lie: I WAS told it could not be delivered that day (it was ordered midday) and I okayed next day delivery. Then I was called back after I got home to say it would not be delivered until ANOTHER day later.

Holly berry was a life saver for my wedding. I had another flower vendor set up months in advance for 1 bridal bouquet, 2 Boutonnière’s, 2 mini bouquets and a pin on corsage. I showed them the type of flowers I wanted and went over ones I did not like. 2 days before the wedding I saw the flowers and it was nothing like I asked. I scrambled to find someone to do it in 1 day as the ceremony was an elopement in Loveland pass. Do not purchase Teleflora items from this shop. You will get a cheap clear glass vase for a substitute and flowers that are no where near the correct color or theme. I ordered a chick vase for a baby boy from Telefloral. The colors were a beautiful selection of yellow roses, light yellow and white chrysanthemums and light blue delphiniums. Perfect for a newborn baby boy!
