I'm updating my review since it's been 7 years since my last submission. I want to commend the staff here, especially the Manager, Marco, who does an amazing job day in and day out for his customers. I have been going to this Pool Pleaser location for over 25 years. Jackie and her team have serviced my pool needs quickly and always provide a reasonable price for their services.
A few months back, I brought in my Polaris Quattro Sport cleaner as it was not moving properly on the pool floor and walls. Marco diagnosed the problem with the gears, got the necessary parts ordered under warranty and completed the repair within a few days. It worked like new again. Today, one of the wheels fell off and I took it back in. Marco was able to fix it on the spot as it required one small part he had on hand. Now, that is what I call service! I would not think of going anywhere else for my pool needs, especially big-ticket purchase items like the cleaner.
I recommend The Pool Pleaser to my Conway neighbors and believe they are an excellent small business member of our community. I highly recommend this business to all pool owners in the Conway area as well as anyone else who may be familiar their two other locations in the greater Orlando area.
UPDATE: March 2024 - I want to let everyone know you should buy your pool equipment from this small business! They stand behind their products and contact the manufacturer when repetitive "lemon" issues come up. Twice I bought Polaris cleaners in the last 6 years, and I had problems with both products. Marco (Manager) and Damien (Service Professional) went to bat for me to get results whether I was under warranty or just barely past it. I spent $1,100 on a Quattro cleaner in March 2021 that broke down several times in less than 3 years. Marco has worked with the company numerous times for me. This time, Damien contacted the manufacturer and stated that I was a loyal customer for almost 20 years, explained the numerous issues with the cleaner and Polaris (now Fluidra) provided me with a new cleaner for all my troubles. I look online and Leslie’s and Pinch-A-Penny both claim to service this unit. Hauled it around to both places only to be told by each of them that they don’t service this unit. (Despite the calls and very accurate description of the unit and problem). Almost at my wits end after spending way too much money on something that isn’t working I called Maytronics and they told me the only dealer they know actually does the work is Pool Pleaser in Orlando. Luckily I work over this way two-three times a week and could bring it over. I walk in show it to them, they determine it’s the motor and under warranty. Tracy, Sheila, Marco are ALWAYS willing to go the extra step to fix your problem...if you have one. A bolt on my filter kept coming loose. Tracy worked on it two times. 2nd time was a success. 3 years ago, my pool just would not clear. Sheila prescribed this, then that. No result. With much frustration I returned, she called for assistance. They sent a tech to my house to help! I don't have home service! Two days later Sheila called and asked me bring in ANOTHER water sample.
