The employees need to be more helpful and friendly. They were all huddled up at the register talking about their hairstyles and not paying any mind to any of the customers that were in the store or coming in. I know for a fact some customers needed help finding stuff and the employees didn't even bother to move and help guests or even greet anyone that was coming in. One employee was just on their phone while being at the doors and didn't even lift their head up to see if a guest needed help with anything. After a while, I did needed help looking for a shoe size. I didn't want to interrupt their conversation at the register so I decided to look for the size myself. After not having any luck, I asked an employee if they had the size I was looking for, she did not bother to look anywhere else. After 15 minutes of looking elsewhere, I found the size in a different area in the store. If the employees do not like their job, then don't work at a place where you have to interact with people. Be a little more mindful that guest need help around the store. they don't know where things are at and they certainly don't know the floor set of the store. And at the register, ask the guest if they found everything okay, don't just stair at them and think that's a way of...

Never again!! Terrible customer service!! Rude!! Tried speaking to one of the ladies in the front to exchange shoes I brought for a friend because, they did not fit her, however the next day come to find out. I can’t even exchange or get store credit because it’s “worn out” she was very rude. She gave a lot of attitude. When I spoke to customer service, they told me there is no reason why they couldn’t do it. Then I asked for a manager to see what they could do. They tell me “we can’t return winter shoes”however customer service said there’s no problem with returning winter shoes. If you are returning it within the 30 days and they are not used it should be fine. Therefore, this store is making stuff up just saying lies. Very disrespectful. It’s better to buy the shoes online than it is to go to this store. Thankfully customer support helped out online and I was able to get store credit and buy the right shoes size...

Throw the whole "pop up shop" in the trash. I came to exchange regular priced boots that was purchased a week ago for my daughter for a different color. There were signs everywhere saying "no exchanges or returns - sorry management" After speaking with a staff member regarding, I was told "they are only there until the 18th as a pop up shop so "IF the machines are back up" I could try again next week or return elsewhere." However, if I wanted to buy something new, I was more than welcome to come in and purchase. 🤔 I call BS. Truth is you had so many to sale, now that they are sold you are doing no returns so your profit is gained and you move on to scam elsewhere. After driving almost 2 hours with reciept in hand because no one answered the phone numerous times prior and standing outside in the cold, this is the customer service provided.
