White House Black Market — Attraction in Ballenger Creek

Please spare yourself the trouble and don't shop at this store. If I could give this store and Joe, the manager, 0 stars, I would. I ordered three white blouses in three different sizes online because I wasn't sure which size would fit me. I kept the size that fit me and returned the other two sizes. Joe, the rude manager at the store, processed a return and then almost attacked me stating that she cancelled the return because according to her the items were worn and the tags have been re-attached. The items were never worn, but I have obviously tried them on to figure out which one fits me. Why would I wear sizes that don't fit me? Joe said cancelling my return, "That is not who we are." So, you mean you are not the store that provides great customer service? In that case, we don't need to shop here. I order a lot online, typically from Nordstrom and Saks Fifth Avenue and never have any problems with orders or returns in these stores. But, apparently, in Joe's opinion Nordstrom and Saks Fifth Avenue are beneath her even though she can learn a lot from them in how to deal with customers. I just called WHBM online and they have no problem taking the items back and waiving the shipping charge. Please spare yourself the trouble and don't shop at this store. Please go to the store where the manager knows how to communicate with customers. There are lots of great stores around. There is no need for rude customer service. A nice tone and manners go a long way with customers, but I guess Joe has not...

The woman in the store behind the registry was not in her best behavior. I went to this store to return an item. Once transaction was complete, I asked her for my original receipt. This pathetic lady literally picked the OG receipt from and trash and presented it to me: I asked if she picked from the trash and she didnt respond. I told her I dont need the OG receipt bc she picked from trash. She just shrugged. Such a 3rd class act. Never ever treat anyone this bad. It shows who you are and what you are. Get better.

Things on hangars appear one way, but once you try them on and allow the ladies to, "style," you... it's just magic!! Any event you have or just every day living, they've got it or can assist with ordering the right size, length, etc, that you need.
