Shopped at this location today about 11 am. Nobody greeted me or assisted me in any way. I tried on several items and put everything I did not want to buy back on hangers. I walked up to the cashier's area, but nobody was there. After a few minute, a sales associate appeared, but she had a customer and proceeded to place an order by phone for her. After a few minutes, another young associate came and started asking me questions such as what is my phone number (I entered it two times, but she asked me again to enter it). She wanted my email which I declined; the first associate told her how to skip that, and then when I gave her the cash to pay, she was unable to open the cash drawer. Again the first associate assisted by telling her she had to get a manager in the back to open it. It took quite a while for two ladies from the back to appear to open the drawer. The young sales associate apologized to me by saying: I am sorry; I am new at this. I replied: Well, they should train you a little better. The manager immediately said to me: She was trying to help. Then the manager proceeded to compliment the young associate for doing a great job instead of offering some sort of apology to me for having to wait so long to check out. Read moreI am writing about a very negative store experience when I was there on the evening of 7/14. A store representative was straightening up all the clothes in a section of the store when I walked over to a pile of pants. I started searching for my size when she rushed over and asked what size I needed so she could get it for me. Nothing bad yet but there was no "can I help you find a size". Then I walked over to another pile of pants nearby and lifted a pair to see what the cut was like. After I placed it back down, the store rep made an audible disapointed sound and rushed over right in front of me to fix that pair of pants I just put down. Literally right in front of me. This made for a very uncomfortable shopping experience, from there I was afraid to touch anything with her fluttering aound after me and not once did she say hello or offer any help, she was only concerned with her precious piles. There was not a single concern for customer service. I just feel this was very rude and want to make sure no one else has to feel that uncomfortable while shopping here. Read moreWhile I enjoy shopping Loft clothing, the staff at this location are not friendly or helpful. I always feel like I’m an inconvenience when I visit this branch. Most recently, I was shopping with my infant in a stroller. The large, family fitting room was locked. I asked a staff member if she could unlock it for me. She informed me that their fitting rooms don’t lock (which is a separate concern if you’re trying on clothes). After she confirmed it was indeed locked, she said she didn’t know how it got locked and she didn’t have the key for it. I said I would figure something out and took the stroller in a regular fitting room where I couldn’t see anything I was trying on because the stroller blocked the mirror.
