Always professional, both of my boys or should I say young men & my husband get their hair cut here. My "boys" have been getting their hair trimmed or faded here for about a good 4 to 5 years, it is great for all ages, really because on each barber station there is in big red bold font "No Profanity" so which is great. That young mom's don't have to worry about their "baby" is going to be subjected to "barbershop talk" & older mature men don't have to be disrespected by sitting & waiting their turn listening to "barbershop talk" but what I like as my boys grew up in the shop they see there are other ways to conduct themselves in front of their friends & still remain "cool" There is approximately 11 barber booths, at any given time there usually is 8 barber's. Amin, has been cutting, trimming my husband's face & head for 4 years, he also does his goatee, eyebrows, wraps his head & face with wash cloth with a steam bath, sprays his head & neck at the end with some smell good stuff, my husband feels like a new man always... My middle child has C.P. so he is super picky who he lets near his head with scissors because he gets quite an involuntary twitch so he is afraid he will twitch at the wrong time of the cutting or fading & his hair will all have to come off, which would not look bad, he has had his head shaved before plenty of times but as he gets older he doesn't want the "mom" cut with the clippers so he gets it a little long on top fadded up the back & sides & the guys & gal at the Zone seem to listen very well when it comes to what is wanted... Communication is key & they seem to be doing great, Olest son has also been getting his hair cut & trimmed there also for awhile always do a great job on his head also, beard & eyebrows. The Zone also do all types of hair, it is alays busy, no like packed but the chairs definitely don't stay empty...
Read moreBeen going to the barbershop for at least two months in a row. Not respect given to me, to the point that I come in, I dont get a good morning, someone else comes in, they receive them fine. I guess they see you by the way you dress and not by who you really are. A attitude with a haircut (low fade) that still have a line after done, a medium fade in one side, a low fade in the other, is not worth my while. I will take my business back to Tampa, even if I have to pay more and travel more. I will get what i asked and pay for. No more messing up my hair with an attitude to wait a month so it grows back to get it messed up again. Imagine getting messed up every week. . . Not happening! I just feel weird there. I will keep using the Booksy app. It has never failed me. Im also willing to take a weekend a month to go to Puerto Rico and get my haircut right, because I can. Get it right fellas, most of us can pay and be a regular, but if you want a quick, cost effective haircut just to get...
Read moreI recently moved back to New Port Richey and Man this location really sucks now. I walked into the store an hour before closing and the barbers tell me they aren't taking anyone else with only 3 people waiting. It was done dismissively without giving me any direction to when I'd be a good time to come.
I come back to the shop a week later again an hour before closing time on a Friday at 6:10 and same thing. No one seemed remotely interested to taking care of me. These Barbers don't feel like the have a hustle mentality. Pretty short with customers with giving an attitude like they don't need your business.
I prefer to go to fade masters over on 52 and 19 where the customer service is on point and they are willing to keep their doors open till last...
