Parking outside of The Painted Goat does not really give one the idea of what to expect to see on the inside. On the outside it is an older building, charmed up, fitting in well with it's location. The inside is one of the closest, most organized flea markets I have visited. You obviously see the sections partitioning the different vendors but it still looks like a nice comfortable shop not a thrown together mess. There is even a section with real soaps and soy candles. To top off the experience there are shelves lined with unique taste treasures not normally found on the aisles of everyday shopping marts including fudge and pepper sauces.    Read moreI absolutely loved this place. They have so many unique items. I could spend hours in there. But the best part of this establishment is the owner ( or so i believe) i lost 80 dollars so i called to see if i could have dropped it there. They were closed so i left a msg. He called me back said he would look around in the morning when he went in. I really figured someone had picked it up. Well the owner called me the next day and said he had found my money in the parking lot. That goes to show that there are still good people in the world. I will spend my money here without a doubt . When me and my wife an interracial couple go in to buy some things that we had saw outside and you won't speak to us or talk to us when we come into your place of business. We were the only ones in the store and she still refused to speak to us even walking past her several times. Yet when someone of not of color such as an older white gentleman walks in the store and she speaks to him when in comes into the store and when he leaves but yet refuses to speak to us.
