This place is a joke! The manager tonya is rude. She has called my phone several times cussing at me and my husband on different occasions. I placed a service call on my washer that is over half way paid off, they came and got it, brought me a loner that is half the size of the one I am purchasing that smells like moldy clothes..they have had mine for a month, and I was supposed to have it back within 2 weeks according to the guy who picked it up. We have tried to contact corporate, they will not return our calls. The district manager was rude when he was contacted about the problem, nobody knows where my washer is or the status of the repairs. Nobody will give us information. We had to call several times just to get the phone number to call corporate that they refused to give us numerous times. We are now having to take legal action in order to get answers. Do yourself a favor, and go to Aaron's where they have customer service worth a damn. Dont waste your time and money on these people. These are not the only issues we have had. We also referred someone there about 4 months ago and was supposed to receive the referral payment and the manager refused to give us that. We bought a stove from them in January of 2018 and when it got to our house it had cockroaches in it and the side was smashed. We got a refrigerator at the same time that was supposed to had been "new" when it got to us it was all scratched up and dented. Like I said before, GO TO AARONS!!!

Update: This place is still garbage! The regional manager has made physical threats to myself, and my husband. I sent their garbage back to them. They FINALLY brought my washer back about a week ago, the service seal was not broken, the service book was not signed, they kept my washer for over a month to bring it back still making noise, they did nothing but MAYBE spray some wd40 in it. Still unable to contact any form of corporate. Their big egoed regional manager refuses to let me get in contact with the real corporate, claiming he is corporate. This place is disgusting, their customer service is appalling. We have paid over $600 on this set, and gave it back to them just so we didn't have to deal with the disgusting life forms they find suitable to work...

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. Not only are they beyond rude, but they also tried adding more payments than what we were supposed to have on three different occasions (In November, February, and April) . Also, just last month (June) somebody called from there saying we owed them $440 For the monthly payment, Then the next day said we owed $640 for the same monthly payment when we have paperwork agreeing to $91 monthly . We’ve always paid $91 a month. So We went up there to the store to see what was going on, nobody would claim responsibility for the phone calls , and nobody could give us any real answers. They would push it off onto each other including the manager (real rude guy) , claiming nobody but the manager calls people for payments and even then the manager wouldn’t claim responsibility. All he did was try to BS us and proceeded to try and show us our “file” on his computer. What he showed us was clearly not a file bc it didn’t have nothing but a number in the middle of the screen, no name and none of our information. And the number he was claiming we owed this month that he tried showing us was $102 (never seen that number in our lives either). Very unprofessional, very disorganized, very sketchy/scheme type of feel and they will be hearing from...

Me and my boyfriend rented a TV and they didn't have the one in stock we wanted but a bigger one, and let me state that the TV they had advertised was for 4.99-6.98 a week but they didn't honor that because it would only by 25-27 a month. They said that was a corporate thing and wouldn't honor it but he said he would let me rent one for 111 a month . 🤔👋😢That's a big jump. So i said that's a big jump from 27 a month to 111 ainth then he said he would I'm let me lease it for 84.00 month. That's still way too much when you can get a 32inch for 88 bucks at Walmart, anyway my friend made a 20.00 weekly payment for me and they took the 84.00 for the month out of his account which he did not have to permission too. He specifically told him to take a week so anyways they Said they returned the money 2 weeks ago and he still has received they money yet l. I use the same bank and when someone returns money it usually takes a day or 2. They are ripping people off. Do not rent from them besides they rent their products 2-3 times more than Aaron's or rent a center. I will stick with Aaron's. Thank you. If I could give less than 1...
