Wild Honey Beauty Co. — Attraction in Cookeville

Okay guys I'm not one to bash anyone on the internet, I think it is a low blow, however once you read the messages from the Salon Owner- Tracey Lee Franklin owner of Loxx Salon and Spa located at 44 N Walnut Ave Cookeville, TN 38501... I think you will fully understand.. I DONT WANT ANYONE ELSE TO HAVE THIS AWFUL EXPERIENCE! Hair takes forever to grow out! And my hair is in the absolute worst condition it's ever been in, in my entire life guys. And it's super depressing! The breakage!! It's barely an inch long!! See the photos! The breakage is from OVER LAPPING COLOR, most hair stylist know that? Because of the breakage- I had to buy real hair extensions (tape in) in which fell out one wash after I got them done on Thursday the 25th. I paid $591.00 to this salon for my hair, and this is what I got in return, broken hair- extensions that fell out 2 days later- and an incredibly rude response from a "business owner." That's a lot of money for a single mother, to get this in return..when I asked for a refund- Tracey then blocked me. I have had hundreds of people share my post and tell me they were treated very poorly by the staff at Loxx! They are rude and money...

Highly disappointed. This past Saturday (9am) my fiancé (now wife), had a nail appointment scheduled three months in advance for her wedding day, which was that Saturday evening. They cancelled on her when she showed up at 8:55 a.m.. There was no advanced phone call, there was no back-up nail tech plan (Saturday before Easter) and questioned her as to whether or not she was actually getting married. The blonde lady refused to accommodate her on the rainy day due to other appointments. Although they claim the nail tech called out, we received no phone call, but a lame explanation “we were going to call you.” There was no discount offered for the next visit with their “apology”. My wife, as you can imagine was highly upset on our wedding day, but it turned out Fashion Nails next to Claire’s got her in immediately, and got a very nice tip for being understanding, professional and doing an amazing job. I wonder who actually owns Loxx and expects to actually stay in business after such mistreatment of a woman on her wedding day? Did I mention this was also on the day...

Everyone here is kind and they all appear to take the need for quality service very seriously. The complementary drinks are a welcome addition to this high-class establishment. The way my hair has improved from day to day as a result of their guidance is a testament to their amazing hair care. I have had my nails dipped at 2-3 other places and the difference in the quality of the work is obvious and staggering. The laser hair removal technician shows the utmost care and compassion in everything she does. The front desk staff know me by name and offer a personal communication experience unrivalled by most businesses. I despise sales pitches and, while they do often mention the latest Aveda products and explain their benefits, they never stress me out by pushing the products on me.
