I have gone to this branch’s manager for electrical supply purchases and advice for many years because he has come up with thoughtful suggestions and tries to help. In my experience, he trains his staff to do likewise. (I am a long-term customer of his since before Cooper City, when he was at previous suppliers).
Being curious, and having the afternoon off, I looked up Alex’s seven reviews of other businesses and found that things are always either wonderful or terrible: he gave 4 one-star reviews and 3 five-star – nothing in between. To me, this makes the reviews unhelpful.

   Read moreThis is the worst company ever, but their strategy to make money is quite simple. They give a line of credit to Electrical Contractors based on the customer's (owners) property. If Contractor does not comply with them (which does not concern to you as an owner), they IMMEDIATELY place a lien against your property and this happened to me a few months ago. Nasty accounting department that hires the worst attorneys to give you the worst nightmare ever. Stay away from this company, go online and see reviews.... Keep them far from you!!!!    Read moreTerrible customer service, I just got off the phone with a gentlemen who was very rude and sounded very arrogant. I simply asked him about an invoice that I did not know what the description said, and asked if he could assist me with informing me about what these items were and he said "the description says it" I tried to explain that the description only says letters and numbers that I could not understand because I did not purchase these items and he started losing patience with me and giving an attitude.
