Staples — Attraction in Copley Township

One star does not compare to the terrible interaction I had with this establishment. I have lived in this area for all of 23 years and have never had a more appalling experience.

I come to this store often to complete my Amazon returns. Recently the store has moved their amazon returns back upfront to the checkout point. I do as directed and wait in line. Once it is my turn in line to complete my return I am asked to step aside and wait for the associate to check out “in stores customers” first. I state to the associate that this is fine, unknowingly there is 5-6 other customers who need to be helped behind me. The associate proceeds to help the customer behind me and I come to realize that this is a faulty system. Just because I am making a return does not make me a customer of this Staples establishment. They should treat all members in line accordingly, as customers of THEIR store.

I am truly disappointed, I reached out to the manager Chris. His response was very unpleasant, and after this experience I find it difficult to want to continue to shop, or make my Amazon returns here.

Please, make your amazon returns somewhere else. The manager states that they are seemingly understaffed, and are not paid by Amazon. Therefore, it is apparent any amazon returns customer will receive 2nd hand...

Chris, inside Staples did a fantastic job on a rush order that was needed to process via the judge advocate general as well as Akron municipal Court district with my probation officer. So Chris was instrumental. Now I don't suggest thinking that everyone can do this. I actually didn't know that the website said it would be ready by 4:30. I’ve only been coming here since office max closed . I went to pick up business cards and get other things done that have been getting done all week after work at 5pm and today , the girl told me that I would have to be there by 2:00pm to get things printed , that she had other things that needed to be done and they were about to close and it was only 7pm. Being inconsistent as a business can really mess with customers and what they have going on… fyi, they were fully staffed....
