The process started off easy enough. This was not my first sleep number, I was in and out in less than an hour. BUT know this up front, after the Sale the store is DONE helping you !! BUT then the 2 months to deliver , constant screw ups that I had fixed several times (address & Number) THEN the anticipated delivery day !! Ridiculous delivery window. They showed up unannounced and left , NO call. My neighbor was waiting. I only knew because of my camera. I called the Support center, they promised the delivery team would return...they NEVER did. No call No show. Had a friend wait until 5:30. Apparently they have delivery windows 5 to 8 ?? So now I get a text to deliver 3 days later , again a a 2 to 5 window. I called the escalation team ( took several calls and over two hours on hold !!. They promised to work on it. (They did nothing to help) my next delivery they did call, One hour before my 2 to 5 window ! I had requested last visit if the day to The escalation team ...I got 1 hour early. I request the delivery be made and told the delivery team to just drop it off. I have these , I can set it up. BUT, now it's missing the power cord, so I call the store for help, the pass me to the service center. Again, full day, no call back, no cord and NO bet now for 5 DAYS !!
Expect nothing from the store but a sale and a bill, they will do nothing to help you after that, they made there money, you are insignificant once you leave the store ! Do yourself a favor, look elsewhere!
12-15-2022 Yes 3 weeks later a canned response from Sleep number, I still dont have everything for my bed despite calling the 800 number and store again and the Sr. Customer service rep. Could not be more disappointed in the service and follow up. Looks like a company issue, not a person or department, the organization is just corrupt. Again, I hope I save you the aggravation when I tell you to look else where...
Read moreHad no problem with the store or sales people just the bed. I've owned a full size bed from them for over 12 years never had any issues with it always felt great. I had a part on the hose break they sent me a new part no problem. A little over 3 years ago I was no longer single or living by myself so I decided it was time to upgrade to a queen size with double chamber. The bed seemed good when we first got it. Over time I noticed I wasn't getting very good restful sleep anymore and also my back kept hurting. The little more than 3 years of owning it I took my time in figuring out different settings from firm to soft. Just would never work no matter what. My chiropractor even told me I needed to get rid of this bed because of the problems it was causing. Also the chambers seem to scoot around making it where you are at an angle when laying flat so you have to open it to move them around. Since there is nothing wrong with the bed and I'm so far past the return time I decided to put it in the spare bedroom and buy a normal mattress. Sad to say when you spend over $4k...

I do not have a review of the bed itself yet because our delivery date has been messed up three times now. This is where my 3 stars comes in to play. Our original delivery date was pushed out 2 weeks by email with out explanation. We called customer service who had no record of the original date. They were able to bring back the date by 5 days. Then I get another email without explanation that my date was pushed to JAN 6. That’s well outside of the 2-4 weeks I was told. We keep hearing it’s a system issue but for the third time now I’m not buying it. I’m VERY unhappy with the delivery/customer service situation. Hopefully the bed itself makes...
