I truly wish I could give this place zero stars, but I can't. Where do I begin? First of all, this place was absolutely filthy. You would think that, given our current COVID crisis, housekeeping would be extra diligent about ensuring that the rooms were thoroughly cleaned on a regular basis. However, these people must have been sleeping under a rock for the last nine months because the best I got was a once a week (if that) sub par visit from housekeeping. And despite the plethora of signs that explicitly say that masks must be worn, people were walking around with their facial orifices exposed the entire time I was there. Apparently, this negligence and irresponsible behavior did not phase the hotel staff or management, as they did NOTHING to correct this. Perhaps they had the COVID vaccine hidden in the back and had nothing to worry about. If so, I (along with the rest of the world) was not privy to this information. But that is my only explanation, given the fact that the staff spent the entirety of my stay at this hell hole, SOMEWHERE OTHER than the front desk. Honestly, the CDC could have shown up, and these people would have still been completely MIA. Casper the friendly ghost would have been more visible at the front desk than they were. Then, come time for me to check out, and there I was, standing there like a lost chihuahua looking for a bone in a field of NOTHINGNESS. So, as I stood in the midst of the sound of crickets, I did what apparently is the practice at this house of horrors, which was to simply leave my room key in a clear drop box at the front desk. I assumed that Casper was in charge of keeping up with who's checked out? Perhaps in the middle of making all the COVID vaccines in the back??? Then the piece de resistance... I get a call THREE days later, asking me when I will be checking out! So, I got charged for three days of which I was not even there. What???!!! Did you people think I was invisible like your staff??? Did you think t hat I was still in a room that only APPEARED to be empty??? Seriously??? Was Casper off that day and his replacement, Woody Woodpecker was sleeping on the job when I checked out three days ago??? This was nothing short of UNACCEPTABLE, even under the lowest of standards. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this germ invested, COVID CROCK POT. You're better off checking into a hotel on...

The first night has been excellent. The front desk (morning) is amazing at their jobs, very accommodating and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Even my grandmother complimented his customer service skills. Overall a very laid back and clean environment, there are some things I would change about this hotel to better accommodate its guests.
I’d be more inclined to pay for the “premium wifi” offered, if I were able to change the input on the TV to HDMI so I could use my fire stick to watch shows. However it seems that this hotel has made it impossible to use the HDMI ports on their television. While the tv is a great size, this is a major drawback for us, as there are barely any channels available to watch, and we now have streaming services like Netflix that we paid for and cannot use.
There is no ice machine, and the two vending machines they have are card only. They have one soda machine and one snack machine. They do have tap to pay but it wasn’t working for me.
I’m afraid of setting off the fire alarm, lol! When we arrived and throughout the night the hallway alarm went off two or three times. The first time, it was early morning and the fire department had to be sent out as someone had pulled the fire alarm in the trash room. I don’t know if this has to do with people cooking in their rooms or what.
There isn’t anything actually in the room when you arrive, so be prepared to have to ask the front desk for all your kitchen needs. The microwave is kinda small, and the stove top isn’t anything special.
Otherwise, it seems clean enough. It’s great if you’re using it for the intended purpose of temporary housing. However I feel that for the price I’m paying a month there should be more access to my fire stick lol. I have my own carpet cleaner, vacuum and blankets so I can’t complain much about the dirt. I’ve been in much filthier...
Read moreKnow what you are getting into and it's decent for the price. As with most extended stays this location offers 2 star suite-style hotel rooms for a fair price. There will be not breakfast and the price will not reflect it and wifi is slow unless you pay for the enhanced (streaming) speed. The laundry machines all work and are credit, half the dryers work half the time so just plan on a 2nd run and leave your clothes at your own risk. They do clean but it's very sporadic and you may have to ask. The vacuums were out of commission, 1 belt stripped and other doesn't have suction and sounds like a leak, and weren't fixed after 8 weeks. Actually was snorted at by the manager Candice when I mentioned this and again when she found out I bought a small one, kind of weird. However rooms are "clean"; all the surfaces appear clean from the door and carpets don't look bad, just don't look closer or go bare foot. They do not use do not disturb signs and won't work with you on a time for cleaning. Bring ear plugs if you must work overnight, it's busy and a pet friendly place so expect some foot traffic and barking but no highway noise. Manager Alan is very professional, helpful and proficient. Candice has been helpful and friendly as well but I have had to wait 10 or more minutes while she gossiped and complained about other guests not to there staff but another guest. The evening shift employee with blonde hair in a bun will complain endlessly about other guests and previous guests, get dismissive but she will help. Over all the staff focus more on liking you and being liked than being professional. If you don't need the amenities, it's...
