I purchased a 14k 10mm 20-inch Cuban link a few days ago. I read many of the reviews prior to making my purchase. I can tell you the communication that some of the 1 star reviews mention is perspective. This place doesn’t necessarily answer calls right away, but they are pretty good at calling back, and you may have to call them back a few times. I attribute this to the amount of business they do, as they do seem extremely busy. This initially was of a concern to me especially since I had never done business with them before. However, I can tell you that I did have all of my questions answered and they are extremely knowledgeable at what they do. It took me about 1 month to get my piece and it was fine with personally (I did have a custom locked installed which I would expect to take more time). They did ship my piece out and it was delivered in the time frame they gave me. For what that lack in communication (again perspective) the piece itself was flawless. It was of proper weight and kt. I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I ordered a Cuban bracelet for my boyfriend and clearly communicated my international travel plans in advance, emphasizing the need for timely delivery. Despite making full payment and placing the order well in advance, the team failed to deliver the bracelet on time.

I reached out multiple times via email and phone, but received vague responses about delays. Just two days before my travel, I was still unable to get a proper update, and to make matters worse, no one on their team was available to speak in English. I had to ask a Spanish-speaking friend to help me communicate with them.

In the end, they delivered the bracelet via overnight shipping—but charged me extra for it, even though the delay was entirely their fault. When I raised this concern, I was told I had no choice but to pay the additional fee if I wanted the item on time.

I bought a 14k 24 inch 12.5mm Miami Cuban chain from them a couple of weeks ago. I already had a 10mm that I bought else from a well known “Top” jewelry place. You seen in YouTube videos of them a lot. And I was not completely happy with my chain. The links wasn’t tight and the filling didn’t look right and it took them 12 weeks. So I decided to give Amaury Jewelry a shot and boy I’m glad. I gave them my chain and added the necessary gold. She told me it would it take 1-3 weeks to be done. A week and half later I receive a call telling me my chain is all done and is ready to be picked up. Chain looks amazing, the links are nice and tight, filed correctly, and hangs straight.
