I took an iPhone X to repair a cracked screen, everything was nice and fast, a little bit expensive but if they would've provide a nice service it would've been worth it. But, the second we saw the repaired phone we told them IMMEDIATELY that the screen had poor display and some lines in the back that were not normal. They told us 100% that the screen was great and it was a minor issue, they even said that "they didn't know what my eyes were seeing" and me and my family were clearly seeing the screen with bad quality and some back lines that were pretty uncommon. They sold me the idea that I could try the screen and I could definitely bring it back if something was wrong and I had a 90-day warranty. I came back 3 times with "minor issues" and every time they told me that I was normal and it wasn't an issue with the screen, every day I saw how the screen turned off or started typing by itself, once I saw the screen coming out from one side and took it and Jose just pushed it in or something and told me it was fine, it was weird, and one night I was using my phone and it started overheating and turning the flashlight alone, so I turned it off (didn't know it was the last time) and when I tried to turn it on again the screen stopped displaying but the phone was working as I could talk to Siri and the flashlight could turn on when I hit the screen. So I took it the next morning to claim my warranty (AND THEY KNEW I TOLD THEM IT HAD THE LINES) and Hector told me the warranty was useless BECAUSE KNOW THEY SAW THE LINES, and I didn't break my phone but he says he couldn't believe me, so I clearly was trapped into their game and now I'm phone less and denied with the warranty I should have.

Gave them my pixel Xl which was water damaged so they can do the free diagnosis as advertised on their website to see whats really wrong and if its fixable. After 3 days i called and a gentleman "Jose" told me the screen is not functioning and has to be changed but he still has to check the motherboard. The screen was completely functioning before i took it in and showed them which showed GOOGLE reboot. Because i did not hear from them again i called 6 days after it was there and they finally said everything on is okay the motherboard has to be replaced and it costs $430 to change it. Which in all honestly i do believe that was the case, i went and picked up the phone and the "OWNER" explain very nicely the person who worked on it said the motherboard is damaged and needs to be fixed. I took the phone and tried their charger there to see if it will turn on like before and get on google loop which it didnt and i did not want to wait there for 10 minutes to see if its going to do that. I got home and when i looked at screen closer i noticed there is a crack if you hold it at a certain angle, which was the reason why the screen wouldn't show anything even though my phone is making noise as it is turned on. I quickly call them and they ask me to come in. I drove 30 min back to just have the "owner" tell me, oh you took it home if you told me right away it would have been a different story as during those 2 hours i went home opened my phone up cracked the screen and came back to accuse them that they did it. The "owner" told me every single time he gives a phone to a client he does a clean inspection to make sure there is not crack or anything cause by them and its in the same form they received it. I pointed to him if that is true how come my sim card slot is missing. That did make him quiet but i was frustrated by the lies and the fact that they weren't taking responsibility for what they did. A simple hey we are sorry we did crack the screen by mistake that is why "Jose" told you the screen needs to be replaced when you called initially but your main problem is the mother board.
Also important TIP: do not leave the store unless you check everything which i should have done myself so they couldn't easily lie about their mistakes. Its sad that they dont give you the phone the same way they received it.
