I recently had the pleasure of dining at Aromas Del Peru and I can confidently say it was one of the most outstanding culinary experiences I’ve had in years. From the moment we arrived until the final bite, every detail was thoughtfully curated, largely thanks to the exceptional service provided by Lyanna.

Lyanna’s attention to detail was truly remarkable. She greeted us warmly and, throughout the evening, demonstrated a genuine interest in ensuring our experience was perfect. Her skill in asking the right questions, especially during our first visit, was impressive. She took the time to understand our preferences, listened carefully to what we enjoyed, and offered personalized recommendations. Not only did she suggest dishes based on our tastes, but she also shared her own favorites, which enhanced our experience even further.

The food was absolutely spectacular — every single bite was a delight. The presentation was artful, and the flavors were exquisite, reflecting the talent of the chef. From the drinks and appetizers to the dessert, each course was a masterclass in taste and craftsmanship. The desserts, were decorated beautifully, and Lyanna’s thoughtful touch with a birthday candle and a heartfelt singing made the celebration even more memorable.

She was always attentive, never rushed us, and took the time to answer every question with patience and clarity — whether it was about different sauces or coffee options. Her attention to detail extended to the small things, like offering different coffee choices, allowing us to taste and adjust the strength and milk to our liking. I ordered delivery. Discovered this place a few months ago and had been hooked since came back multiple times. Made the mistake of ordering delivery for a night in and had a very poor experience. Ordered the corvina ceviche which clearly states on the menu that it includes glazed sweet potato and canchas. But upon arrival these did not come. I called the location and was put in hold for about 10 minutes after explaining the situation and eventually spoke to the manager. He first tried to convince me that those items were only sent upon request even though clearly printed as part of the dish. This would be like a restaurant publishing sides but you having to specifically ask for them rather than assuming they come with your dish as listed on the menu. After agreeing with me that they should have come I was just met with extreme doubt to the point that he asked me to send him pictures of my dish to his personal cell number to prove the sweet potato and canchas didn’t arrive. I did this upon his request even though I find it ridiculous. Finally after providing enough “proof” he simply says I’m welcome to come pick it up. No sir, I’ve ordered delivery so as to not leave my home because I’m unable to, I’ve jumped through your hoops and live close enough to the restaurant that you can easily send someone to deliver what I’m missing. Really bad service from a manager and he lost a return customer. At least for me good service is much more important...

I ate here yesterday. From the moment you open the door, the staff swiftly takes care of you, setting the tone for the whole stay. Tables are evenly spaced, making them great for parties of any size, from 2 to a whole family, if the tables are joined.

Not being familiar with food from Peru, Lyana made us feel like family. She had plenty of patience, explaining everything from the extensive drinks menu, appetizers, main courses, and finally desserts. She also exercised diligence with our food allergies making sure everything was perfect. Then, while we enjoyed our food, she passed by now and then to make sure we did not need anything.

The food was amazing. The Quinoa made a nice texture contrast with the tuna tartare, the lomo saltado was a pretty big plate that was simply on point, and the Parihuela was a huge plate too and with some lemon juice it was just perfect. By the time we ended the courses we were full but we had to have desserts because everything was great up until that point and the Cuatro Leches did not disappoint, it was nice and sweet but not too sweet as this dessert is prone to being. With plates of that size, the food was fairly priced offering a good value.
