Anjolique to the rescue! Let's start this review by saying that I'm not a conventional bride! I had to do ALL my bridal shopping remotely due to my unpredictable, very demanding work schedule that wasn't following a set template at the time of my marriage preparation!

How could I make an appointment in advance when I didn't know what my schedule was? That being said, I never tried on the dress I said Yes to, or ANY wedding dress until the one I bought came in the mail! It was not only gorgeous, more beautiful than the photos and very high quality, but it also fit, almost perfectly based on my measurements (they tell you exactly how to take them).

I don't recommend anyone do this unless the bridal salon and stylists you are working with know what they are doing-and only sell high quality gowns, and hands down, Anjolique are couture bridal experts! They have been in the bridal gown business for many years-and generations!

I got connected directly with Ashley, who worked tirelessly searching for my dream dress- researching different designers.

I cannot tell you how hard she worked, countless phone calls, countless emails, looking through my pinterest page, sending me photos, and when we found the dress, she sent me countless snapshots of the mannequin dressed in the gown with different overkirts and veils-even suggesting a crinoline slip-with a specific shape compatible with the dress, which they also carry as inventory in their store. This small suggestion made a huge difference!

When I took my dress to my seamstress locally for minor alterations, they thought the gown and the overskirt were from the same designer, but no, the overkirt was an Anjolique piece that seamlessly matched the gown! My seamstress also said to me, "You didn't get this dress in town, did you?" Because he was very familiar with all the bridal salons inventory locally, and he had never seen these pieces before.

Ashley also made valuable suggestions regarding the ensemble and how I wanted to have different looks without changing my actual dress.

We ended up with several: one for the Nuptial vows at the pro-cathedral, one for the classical music pre-cocktail hour gathering in the hotel lobby by the concert grand piano, another look for the jazz/big band cocktail hour, another for our first dance at the reception, and finally the reception look.

Subtle changes like taking off the overskirt bustling the dress, etc, allowed me more time to enjoy my day, without taking time away to change my whole dress.

I even consulted Ashley on different pieces of jewelry and my crown that I had in my possession, sending her photos and if she thought they would work with what we picked. Her input in this area was also very detailed, and I took it into consideration.

Another bonus at Anjolique is that you are also getting second opinions, as Ashley sometimes consulted with Amelia-another valuable resource and other associates for more input. I can not tell you how happy these ladies made me for a very special day of my life.

Finding a dress was one less thing to stress about with all the wedding planning, as I knew I was in very good hands! Anjolique to the rescue!

Went in for a MOB appointment (that cost $15) with my daughter. Ahead of time I sent in dresses listed on their site to ask if they had any of them & they did not. I then asked if they had similar styles to what I was looking for & they said yes - we have 60-+ dresses & many fit what I was looking for. This was not the case - we found 3 that resembled what we were looking for. Our consultant Ann was little help other than zipping & clipping - no inquiry into what colors or style we were looking for & pulled numerous dresses that I didn’t even try on because it didn’t even remotely align with what we wanted. We even had to start trying on without her because she had disappeared for so long. While she was pleasant enough, she repeatedly said the new tariffs were causing designers to not have any available dresses so they bought out 3 warehouses to ensure they could have availability. Her hard sell approach for off the rack dresses that had snags & failure to actually understand what I was looking for left a horrible taste in our mouth. She was pushing so hard that at one point I had to ask her if dresses couldn’t be ordered & she goes down the rabbit hole that designers weren’t going to have availability because of the tariffs. Her tariff rants were so bad that I actually call the other 2 bridal salons where my top 2 dresses are & had great experiences that they have not had any vendor tell them there are delays at this time. So being flat out lied (likely because of her political views) to just to make a sale was inappropriate. The dressing rooms were dirty & full of glitter & they don’t have swatches of other fabric colors for dresses. Who pays $700+ for a dress without seeing the actual color?

For a “high end” bridal salon, I hope they do a better job with the brides than they did for us. They do seem to have a large selection of bridal gowns but our experience was very disappointing for MOB dresses. They alot 1.5 hrs for a MOB appointment & we were out in 45 mins. Their dress selection is very matronly so if you’re looking for something flattering & more youthful but not overtly sexy, this is not the place to go. The sales associate was certainly not in tune with what the customer was looking for - especially for an appt we had to pay for & had ideas presented to them ahead of time & asked if they had similar styles prior to going (which they really did not). If you need a matronly, off the rack dress - go here. Otherwise, keep looking.

EDIT: 2 months after our visit & my review, they updated their reply. Initially I received a phone call from the store manager & shared my experience. The tariffs had not, in fact, gone up by designers when we were there. In fact, they weren’t even in effect yet. So I stand by my experience that the salesperson was pushy & inappropriate & simply lied based on her political beliefs - just to make a sale. It appears they are getting out of the MOB business which is probably good if that is how they are going to...

This was such an amazing experience from start to finish! With less than 3 weeks to my Disney Wedding I decided I wanted a second dress as my first one is an elaborate ballgown. I immediately reached out to Anjolique on the advice of a friend and it was such a dream from there. When I called I first spoke with Ashley who was so sweet, enthusiastic, professional and all around lovely. Honestly, I wasn’t sure how a bridal salon would feel about a bride last minute dress shopping (when they already have a dress lol) but they were so warm, welcoming and kind. Ashley assured me they had beautiful options and she was so excited for me and comforting I immediately booked my appointment. Prior to my appointment (day of) I spoke with Gabby who was also a love! She was so sweet, welcoming and kind, I sent her a picture of my current ballgown and explained today I was looking for a reception dress. She enthusiastically took down all the information for my appointment and shared it with my consultant, Rhaiany. As soon as I walked into the beautiful showroom I was at ease, I knew I was in the right place to find my dress! Gabby greeted me with a beautiful and warm smile and was so excited for my wedding as she is a fellow Disney fan and took down the notes I submitted. I started looking around the showroom and then met with my consultant, Rhaiany. Rhaiany is everything anyone could wish for in a bridal consultant, warm, caring, kind, professional and very knowledgeable. She shared her own wedding with me, which I loved hearing about. In no time at all I found my dream reception dress at an incredible price! Ashley, who I originally spoke with on the phone, even came over to congratulate me and as another Disney fan I could tell she was genuinely excited for me. She said she recognized me from the pictures I submitted on my profile (now that’s impressive!) I ended up with a stunning Calla Blanche dress that exceeded all my expectations. This store is incredible, all of the girls are phenomenal and create such an ethereal environment. Thank you Rhaiany, Ashley, and Gabby!
