Get Air Trampoline Park — Attraction in Corona

Had a birthday party there and no one was watching any of the kids and no space for little kids. There ended up being four parties at once with one person working in the beginning and another person arrived and both were at the front. No supervision for any kids (besides parental) and my baby broke her shin as no monitoring from staff to tell big kids to stay in their zone. I was told that was my job to come and inform them that big kids are in the little kid zone as I’m trying to host a birthday party at the same time. I didnt feel like anyone was assisting with the party no invitations were given as advertised and they booked it incorrectly the first time. Truly would love a refund for the no service in any aspect and for the medical bills. On top of it, no waiver signed and they didn’t even take an incident report until I was walking out on scratch paper. Unprofessional. It's ok. Me and my friend were both paranoid that the kids could easily walk out the front door. Strangers could come in easily. It's not the safest kids play place. There are no gates keeping kids from leaving the jump areas, hiding in the areas without trampolines, or going to the entrance/exit. No workers keeps the entrance/exit safe. No one making sure the kids safely use the equipment or take turns. There was a lot of problems with kids "cutting" in line. Kids just gunning it and not watching who they bump into. Specifically in the area with the swing. The party area is shared and I didn't know that lol I almost joined another party without realizing it. The only distinction was the balloons the other party members had. The pizza was very late and all the party guests were super hungry and cranky. My daughters had a great time here, so this review would be higher if not for the fact that I needed to contact someone physically at the location after the fact. Customer support apparently directs to a location in Utah, not California where this location is, and I spent over 30 min listening to their hold music hoping I could talk to a live body but never getting it accomplished,

So go here and have an awesome time if you are local. But if you ever need customer support and you're not physically at the location just plan for it...
