I originally highly recommended this shop in Ruby's review request upon purchase. I gave them a five-star rating because Ruby was professional and courteous. I received my dress two days after purchasing it, and it was a pleasant surprise until I opened it. Upon review, I noticed that the quality of the showroom floor dresses was much better than what I had received. Rhinestones fell off by the dozens, merely removing the dress from the bag.
So, I called to inform Ruby of the issue. She told me this never happens and offered 10% off to keep it as is. But I was hesitant. I was also concerned because I am 5'1, and she didn't measure the height during my fitting. I requested it but was told that all dresses came in a standard length. So, I began shopping around for mending. The dress was $196 after tax, and $200 was my budget. All seven tailors I took it to quoted me between $150-$200, which wasn't feasible. And I left embarrassed, leaving a wake of rhinestones wherever I went.
They're all over my bedroom and closet floor, posing a choking hazard to my puppy. Ruby called me after speaking with the manager, saying his solution was for me to iron on all the rhinestones that fell off myself, that it "was no biggie," which is appalling considering I purchased this brand new. I informed her that I shouldn't have to fix anything and couldn't if I wanted to because I'm two weeks post-op from major surgery.
So the other option was to return it with a 30% restocking fee for STORE CREDIT ONLY. They'd re-order it custom for $20 extra, which would be a total loss of $100 (exceeding my budget). They thought this was sufficient since it was cheaper than getting it mended. Despite my initial inquiry, I was appalled that they only offered this after the fact. It definitely seems like a tactic to get more money into their pockets.
Had I known the return policy, I would not have purchased it, but it isn't listed in the showroom since they process all orders through their website. Ruby placed the order on her personal device, and I merely input my name and address. So, I didn't see the return policy until Ruby had me initiate the return process.
Additionally, she only offered me 10% off to keep it. Yet, the website offers 20% off (as you will see in the attached photos). The online restocking fee is 35%, not 30%, as she mentioned. So, I'm stuck with a $200 subpar dress that is 7 inches too long and 3 inches too long with heels, which I can't wear due to a muscle disease that causes muscle myopathy, weakness, and falls.

First off I ordered march 18th 5 WEEKS AGO. I was never given a delivery date, after two weeks i emailed them and asked them why i paid $20 shipping but did not even have a delivery date, they told me it would take 30 days to ship, i was like um thats insane but okay whatever, ive always ordered my dresses of windsor they have AMAZING customer service and affordable dresses idk why i ordered from this scam of a place. Oh yeah and when you first order they make you download an app called “shop” to track your items its stupid. In the email they replied to me they said my order would come by my prom date wich is next Saturday. I emailed them yesterday and said hey my order hasnt even moved anywhere and my prom is next week should i just cancel it? They then replied “your order just got off transit to our facility center” or somthing like that and they said “it should ship out this week” what do you mean should? MY PROM IS IN ONE WEEK. I went on the actual website and scrolled down to track order it turns out MY ORDER HASNT EVEN BEEN PROCESSED AFTER 5 WEEEKS . i was beyond furious, i am mainly upset because this is my senior prom and now with one week left i have no dress, wasted $200, i dont have time to order a new one and i wont find anything good in stores for a reasonable price. Whats even crazier is i tried calling this store OVER AND OVER AGAIN. There was never any reply, they dont have a customer service number wich is weird. There emails are ai, i even tried getting in contact with the ceo, cant do it non of their numbers work. Read moreI gave 3 stars because the shop itself has a wide election of dresses. However, if you make an appointment, they don't honor it and you'll still have to wait in line to try dresses on. You can ask for a dress and they won't go help you find it, they say what you see if what we have. You can't walk out with a dress once purchased. You have to order it. Then they can't guarantee a date it'll be ready. They can give you a ballpark. They swear the dresses are being made, but really all the dresses they have are what every other shop has. They aren't being made they are being shipped from a warehouse or china. I was told my dress was ready via the chat feature because you cannot get anyone to answer the phone at the corona location. I go in and the girl has no idea why the person or A.I. told me dress was ready. She looked and couldn't find it. Basically was like sorry, I can't find it. Like no big deal. I asked for a refund or for her to go look again since I was told it was ready. She finally finds it. Brings it out, not on a hanger or in a garment bag. Just here you go Puts it in a shopping bag and no big, sorry I hardly looked and you almost didn't have a dress for prom. It's like the workers have no idea what's going on, no idea how to deal with customers. They have terrible customer service. Save time and go somewhere that has the dresses on hand.
