Duomo Pizza, inc. — Restaurant in Corona

I have appreciated and supported this business in the past but after what I witnessed tonight I will never be returning to this establishment again. So my girlfriend and I enter Duomo Pizza and at first things are going great. We are handed menus for a To Go order, however I notice that several employees are improperly wearing masks under their noses, including the owner whose wearing a clear mouth shield that barely covers the parameters of his lips. I shrug it off initially thinking these people weren't going to be the ones handling my food and then I place my order. Shortly afterwards a family that I assume are regulars walk into the place and are completely maskless, instead of politely asking them to follow county health and safety regulations and put on a mask they embrace the couple with hugs that would normally be a nice sight but we are in the middle of a pandemic with a significant amount of new cases and no signs of stopping. My girlfriend and I wait outside in discomfort and I'm still willing to eat the damn pizza but then I see the gentleman who IS HANDLING MY FOOD NOT WEARING A MASK OR GLOVES AS HE PREPARES THE DOUGH. He had already finished the dough for my girlfriend's pizza and the lady who had just embraced the maskless couple while wearing an exposed face shield starts throwing on toppings. I was done at that point. I asked to cancel my order and the maskless guy handling my food quickly threw on a mask and ran in the back and after having to ask I was given a refund. I'm sorry I know it's an inconvenience to wear these things (I have to wear one ten hours a day). I know 2020 sucks and we're all craving normalcy, but you as a food orientated business cannot potentially endanger your customers and completely disregard their safety in such an...

The place is pretty small for it being as popular as people make it seem. The pizza was delicious and the sauce was good despite some bad reviews, not sure if they changed recipes since then. The chicken wings were also good, nice and crunchy with just enough char on the edges same with the pizza to add some flavor. Some people call it burnt but that's not the case. The Pizza is a little small for the price.. but small business..if so great why a lower than a 5 star rating? After we ordered I had to use the restroom.. on my way to the restroom I noticed a lot of flying insects.. which to me isn't a good look for a food establishment, once I walked in the toilet looked like someone vomited and splashed all over it, once I saw that I started paying attention to the everything else and started noticing the place wasn't very clean. I almost wanted to walk out if I'm being honest, working in a beverage manufacturing plant myself makes me think of all the sanitary steps they might be skipping out on. Then after our food came and we started eating, the bartender or whomever it may be started using a handheld bug zapper to kill bugs around the place especially by the beer taps. 🫤 The staff was nice and attentive but lack of cleanliness of the establishment is a no go for me,...

My wife and I happened to be in the Dos Lagos area one day and wanted to try some different spots we'd never been to. Duomo Pizza blew us away.

I am a huge fan of spicy foods, and many places boast of spicy marinara sauces but none ever follow through. So, with great recommendations from the staff, I tried the habanero sauce on a custom pizza. I was over the moon with how delicious the pizza was. The sauce was perfectly spicy and balanced between heat and treat. Even though I am not a fan of thin crust, their thin crust was flavorful and their topping distribution was generous.

Someone else that reviewed Duomo pointed out that the service was excellent and that the place was like hanging out and feeling at home. Honestly, I couldn't agree more. From our first visit and every time since we always feel warm and welcome.
