I recently visited Mary Alice Dispensary at 1270 Webb Cir, Corona, CA 92879 and had an absolutely top-tier experience! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and professional. A special shout-out to Kaylee, Dillian and Leo for their outstanding service — they answered all my questions, helped me zero in on exactly what I needed, and made everything easy and enjoyable. I was looking for a good sleep aid with THC plus an anti-inflammatory product that had very, very little THC but mostly CBG and CBD — Kaylee, Dillian and Leo guided me to the perfect selections. I’m so impressed with the result and the entire shopping experience. This store truly delivers. great product variety, knowledgeable friendly staff, and genuine care for their customers. Highly recommended to anyone looking for high-quality wellness-centric cannabis products. I’ll definitely be back!

Absolutely the BEST in customer focus! Quick to respond and a pleasure to do business with. Wide selection of all kinds of things! Highly recommended and appreciated! I won’t go anywhere else, but Megan’s Organic Market because they’re TOP SHELF! Thank you to all their employees.

Sharing my experience today Leo was very helpful. First time here he gave us a breakdown of the different types of strains of CBD. We would definitely come back and ended up spending around $90.03 great customer service provided by Leo five stars.highly recommend

My recent experiences at Mary Alice in Corona, CA, have been deeply frustrating and disappointing, leaving me questioning their customer service standards and policies.

On one visit, I went in like any regular trip and asked for my usual. Usually, there are a couple of different strains of the brand I get, and they show me what they have before completing the purchase. This time, after I went to pay with a $100 bill for a $26 total, I asked to see if I had change in the car. When I came back, I couldn’t find the change and gave Trish the $100. What I was buying was already in the bag. When I asked what strains she gave me, I realized I didn’t want one of them and requested a matching strain instead. Trish refused, saying the transaction was already completed and she couldn’t swap them, even though they were the same price. She then rolled her eyes and said, ā€œFine, I’ll just pay for it.ā€ I declined because I know this is illegal. It’s a violation of store policy and state law for others to make purchases on behalf of customers.

As I started to leave with my purchases in hand and not in the bag, another associate, Lenny, began screaming at me that I couldn’t leave without the items in a bag. Despite correcting my action immediately, Lenny continued to scold me, using much harsher energy towards me than he did towards Trish, who actually broke the law and store policy.

About ten days later, after being assured by multiple staff members that such incidents would never happen again, it did. I stopped by the store again, this time with my son in the car. Upon entering, I was told I couldn’t shop with him in the car. While I understand the store’s policy, which differs from the law that allows a child to be in the car alone, I found their enforcement methods questionable. How do they verify the age of someone in a car? What authority do they have to check and enforce such a policy?

I asked how they knew my son was underage, and they responded that it was because he was in a car seat. While that might be a good assumption, there are genetic factors and other considerations they aren’t accounting for. There are people who don’t grow past a certain height, and driving rules require certain sizes and weights to be in car seats. For example, the famous brother of a UFC fighter is 3ft 4in and is 21 years old. My son is 4ft 2in. How could they accurately determine age? They can’t, and they aren’t qualified to make such judgments.

When I called the store to discuss this policy, Nick put me on hold as I was explaining my issue, which I realized when the hold music started playing. I was trying to inform them that their policies are discriminatory and impossible to enforce, yet Nick dismissed me. He claimed that security constantly checks the parking lot, which is inherently false. I’ve been to the store at least 30 times and never seen any employee patrolling the lot. When I mentioned this, Nick met me with silence. After reiterating my point, Nick bluntly asked, ā€œWhat do you want me to do about it?ā€ I suggested escalating the issue, but he disagreed, saying, ā€œI don’t think it needs to be escalated.ā€ However, when I called back, Leo, the manager, disagreed and thanked me for bringing it up.

It’s disheartening because Mary Alice used to be my favorite place in town. Their motto is ā€œFeel Good,ā€ but my experiences have made it ā€œFeel Bad.ā€ Despite being told that I wouldn’t face poor service again, Nick proved otherwise.

Summary: In summary, my experiences at Mary Alice were marked by poor customer service, unprofessional behavior, and the inconsistent enforcement of questionable policies. From Trish’s refusal to correct a simple mistake and her illegal offer to pay for my purchase, to Lenny’s unnecessary scolding, and Nick’s dismissive and dishonest handling of my concerns, it’s clear that the store needs to reevaluate its training and customer service standards.

Mary Alice’s motto may be ā€œFeel Good,ā€ but until they address these significant issues, it will continue to leave customers feeling quite...

Even though I do love going here mainly for convenience and the service, I have to say my experience on Thanksgiving was extremely discouraging, so much actually that I’ll probably just go somewhere else in the future.

On Thanksgiving, Mary Alice showed that their hours of operation were open until 5pm that day. My fiancĆ© and I were out in Orange County and left around 4pm knowing we could make it before closing ONLY if we took the toll roads, so we did. As we pulled up to Mary Alice at exactly 4:50pm, some guy with a black hoodie and black hat came outside to tell me that they were closed. I told him your hours say you close at 5pm and he responded ā€œwe’re going home for Thanksgivingā€ and then he closed the door and locked it.

So, even though I got there 10 minutes before closing and paid for the toll roads just to get there on time, I was still denied at the door which prompted us to go somewhere else. To me, it’s a little crazy to deny a confirmed sale at the door 10 minutes before you close, especially when my average transaction there takes less than 5 minutes since I get the same thing every time.

I get that your employees there don’t want to work on holidays, but if that’s the case then they should probably find a different industry to work in. I’d appreciate some kind of...
