My family & I usually love coming here, but the last 2 times were NOT top notch. July 2025 I came for brunch with 20 friends. Reserved weeks ahead. . The air conditioner had problems a few days before, so the restaurant was hot for 2/3 of our visit. Nice waiter opened the door to get a breeze, but it was a warm afternoon. Air conditioner eventually started working after an hour and a half... They could have called to let us know the Air wasn't working to give us the option of canceling... We should have had more servers, but the 1 older gentleman did a great job. I asked 4x for water for the entire table. Finally I walked over to the bar, asked the bartender if HE could give me water for the table. Imagine: 21 women, all over 50. He gave me 2 glasses of water, when I asked for more, he said,"You want water for ALL the ladies? Your server will get that for you." It took another 20 minutes to get water . Music was too loud: asked 3x if they could turn it down: They said no. I asked for pitchers of water for entire group, waiter apologized for the delay, said he'd get glasses of water & he finally explained there were 2 large groups, us & a family after baptism of baby & they were short staffed that day! A few servers called off work. Not enough room at slender tables to place pitchers at the table. 21 menopausal women NEED water! Food choices were on the small side for brunch. I ordered shrimp paella. Tasted good, just didn't fill me. I asked our group, everyone felt there wasn't enough food on plates to fill us up. August 2025: 14 family members came, I called ahead of time, said we are coming for happy hour. When we arrived @2:30 we were told "For happy hour you must stay on the tile floor, or sit at the bar in booths" No tables were reserved for us even though I called ahead. There is a carpeted area with tables that would have accommodated all of us adjacent to bar area that was empty of people. They COULD have seated us there, & have done so in the past, but we were told, "You cannot DO happy hour from the carpet, if u sit THERE you MUST order off regular menu." No one was sitting in that area. First they seated us at a Hightop table for 8, of us were there,1 person sat at end of table. Staff came after we ordered drinks to say,"Sorry you cannot have 1 person sit at this side of table at the Hightop table, it's a safety issue for staff, the manager says your group needs to move." We moved to 2 booths in bar area that sat 4 each, we sat 6 in 1 booth, a bit tight-4 in another 2 at the bar & two at a 2 seater. I baked a cake & brought it. I was informed there was a $3.00 service charge per person for them to cut & serve the cake. 3x14=42 extra!!! We've been loyal customers for years & never heard of this charge. I was told "manager is FIRM on this policy..." I thought, hmm o.k. what ever! Margaritas were weak! Food was ok. Not up to their usual standards. Should have been hotter when delivered to table! There was only 1 other group in bar area & regular restaurant was not busy. 1 of our party went out to his car, when he returned he saw a sign on the door saying "Restaurant is closing early tonight". We asked about it: they said they just found out a staff member had died. I asked if we should pack up & leave, they said "No, just when you're ready." We were there about 30 minutes longer. We love Luna's & give our sincere condolences on the loss of your...

My husband child and myself came on a work day lunch break. I had wanted to try this restaurant because the food looks amazing. I ordered the tostada grande and I think I got a combo of that plus the chicken Puebla black bean tostada. The “lettuce” was a coleslaw mix and would have been amazing but I HATE cilantro. I asked for no pico and dressing on the side to avoid cilantro. When the food came out I tried to pick out the pieces but there was just too much. I explained to the waitress that I don’t like cilantro and that I didn’t see it listed on the menu, but why I asked for no pico and tomatoes only. I asked if it’s premise that way and she said she’d ask if they could remake it, but I understood if they couldn’t due to being premade. She Came back and said, “sorry they can’t but next time ask for no cilantro and the chef will do it” what???! Next time?! Really... so my husband reiterated my distaste for cilantro and she agreed to remake it. I asked for it to go because I didn’t want to spend another 30 minutes there trying to eat by myself with a 4 year old. When I get home to eat it’s completely different. I wish I had a before picture. But this one has shredded iceberg, fine, but not on the other. And then the beans are barely there plus pasted to the to go container. I feel like they screwed up, which is why I’m leaving a poor review. They gave me something I didn’t order, I didn’t like it and then I was left feeling like I was being rude to state I didn’t like the food. Super poor...

This is a stellar Mexican fusion restaurant in Corona. We were visiting for the weekend and stayed at the Residence Inn across the way. We ambled over to Luna because it was super convenient being on our doorstep and also had decent yelp reviews. Even so, the place exceeded our expectations. First off, a huge shout out to our server Vanessa. She is a wonderful ambassador for the restaurant and gave us incredible, warm and friendly service, while being super professional and efficient. All of the other servers who attended on us were also very friendly and professional. This was the best service all round that I have had in recent memory. Then the Margaritas - wow! They were really delicious. I had the El Diablo which was superb and tasted my companion's drink which was just as good. The food - flawless! Our guacamole was prepared in front of us from fresh avocados and was perfection. I had a salmon main, and my companion had the fish tacos. Everything was delicious. The inside of the restaurant is upmarket but not pretentious, while the outdoor patio area is a little more relaxed. We sat outside in the warm weather and loved it. Overall this is one of the most enjoyable dining experiences I've had in a long time and highly recommend this place if you are...

You know… this place is known in the whole community. And I can see why. But to me it’s just pretty basic…. The exterior and interior is very nice. It’s very clean and the staff is very professional. The bar area is large and the seating in general throughout is great. But the reason why I only put 3 stars is because the food. And being that it’s a restaurant that’s the main reason you go here right? I’ve had a few things. Mole chicken enchiladas. And about all happy hour items. Their happy hour is the highlight. Can’t go wrong with anything during happy hour. The mole enchiladas are extremely dry. The chicken is SO dry it’s hard to chew. The rice and beans are not very good either. The mole? Actually very good. Now if this mole was paired correctly and or made with tender moist chicken? That would be amazing. The weirdest part about all of this. Is that it’s a Mexican Reataurant. But you know what’s the best here? The bbq ribs. Trust me try them. Or just get the sampler platter which has some. Amongst other things. Would I recommend this place? Definitely for happy hour. It’s very clean inside and staff is great. Check it out, enjoy!
