Third Coast Beach Co — Attraction in Corpus Christi

Went in today to go shopping for a bathing suit. The girls working in the back would stand in front of the door and look in at me anytime it opened. They made me very uncomfortable. It didn't even feel like they were watching to make sure people didn't steal. They were straight up looking at me wgile inside the dressing room while I tried to get my husband to approve a suit. On top of that they stood outside the door talking about how they didn't want to be there and then gave me crap every chance they got when I wanted my husband to come in closer to see my suit since they were being inappropriate at the doors where I wasn't comfortable going out. If your doing your job correctly you shouldn't have to treat us that way while we are trying on suits. A simple count in and count out is all it takes. Not harassing people and stairing into dressing rooms. I swear if they had of done it one more time I was going to fight someone. SO rude! I left without purchasing...

Expect no help. I grew up going to this shop so when I told my mom I knew where we could go to find her some cute clothes for her upcoming Hawaii trip, I knew we would find something here. We walk in, no help, no offer to even help as there six different people working, no greeting. A girl even ran by us like she was racing, right pat us into the employee only section, no thought to even ask if we need help as we’re trying to get into the changing rooms (which are right next to it). If you sell that expensive of clothing and there is no one else in the store with six different employees behind the counter, you would think they would do their job. I have worked in retail and they could have changed the experience so easily by offering help for sizes or just even asking do you need help? Instead of hanging out behind the counter playing games and completely ignoring the only people...

On 5/12/2024 Please be careful when buying items from this store because they will overcharge you. My total $98.42 one of my product didn’t have a price when ringing up my items. She said (I think )🤔it’s $ so I asked her to please check so she wouldn’t over charge me, she left and came back and said (yes that is the price). Proceeded to charge me for my stuff, after paying I went to check and it wasn’t the correct price so I went to the clerk to let him know so he called her to tell her and she got all mad like I had did something wrong, after she corrected HER mistake didn’t even apologize.
