Omni Centre Business Park — Attraction in Council Bluffs

It's a very clean place with many professional offices in the center. I don't know if it's just me or not but I get lost every time I go in there. Doesn't matter what side or what doors I enter at it seems like I always end up exiting at the other doors. So word of advice is that upon entering the center after you immediately walk through the doors there is a standing map of the offices and where you are located exactly. Take a good look my friend and map your journey. The place is a good place to walk and there are many enjoyable people that you'll run into as they carry on about their work day routines and others whom may be like myself just trying to find their way back to where they entered. The parking garage is scary. There are wide open cracks on all the main supports plus everywhere else. You can feel it shake when someone walks by, lol. It's time to stop patching patches. The garage is going to collapse, and it is time to take it down or rebuild and of why the city hasn't condemned it. I have no clue. Now the main building, while I'm not trying to be an a$$, but it's just as bad. The roof leaks everywhere, all the offices have water damaged ceiling tiles, and the main entrance has a rug that's always wet because of a steady leak that never gets repaired. Although they tore down amazing historical buildings to make this, and although our town built it's successor over the hill, although it's successor is mostly gone, this monolith of progress still stands.
