I gave Jana from Interior Re - Styling a call today as I wanted to get on her schedule to fix a broken plastic pull cord on our blind on the kitchen window. She had me take pics and send them to her, and within 5 minutes she said “she didn’t need to come to do this repair, it is just missing the bead connector which I can send to you. It’s super simple to replace this. I will try and get the connector ordered for you today and it will ship directly to you. Thank you”. Wow!! I am totally amazed at how quickly she responded and the part is on its way. I would recommend Jana and her company to anyone!!! Five stars...
