STAY AWAY!!! By far the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. At check in the manager was on his personal phone talking and made us stand there for 5 min while he finished his personal conversation before checking us in. Walking to the room you feel like your going to fall through the floor as your passing all the water stained walls and ceiling tiles. In the room the mirrors and windows were filthy with greasy fingerprints, the bathroom had pee in the toilet, the shower didn't heat up all, there was mold on the ceiling in the shower, the bathroom vent had zero airflow, no extra roll of TP, the beds are hard as rock and have a funny smell and finally to top it off the sheets were stained and filled with crumbs/dirt. I went down and spoke to the manger about these issues and I was told "well people eat in the beds and we can't be expected to get everything clean" we stayed in room 311 and friends we're in 312 with similar issues. Also the pool is outdoor and completely disgusting. Hair and oil floating on top with globs of dirt on the bottom. This place is poorly manged and maintained.

We checked in on October 3rd. We were supposed to stay for three nights. As soon as we opened the door and saw the broken dresser we knew that we had made a mistake. We went to visit the front desk and told the person on duty about the broken furniture. He told us that there was nothing he could do. We went back to the room and noticed how dirty the bathroom was. The ceiling was falling down and there was mold and mildew in the tub and on the floor. After that we noticed the stains on the bedspread. Another trip to the front desk to explain that the room was filthy. The person on duty wanted us to bring him the dirty bedspread. We bought it to him and he said nothing could be done. There was no way we could stay the night in that dirty room. We checked out and went to a different hotel. We were still charged for the room even though we did not stay there. This is not acceptable. We have filed a complaint against the hotel.

Had to wait 15 minutes for the front desk attendant to check me in. He was apparently helping another guest somewhere (all well and good) but left a note about how to reach him that was an absolute waste of time. No phone to use where he said țere would be a phone and the contact number he left rang at the front desk! Upkeep on the property - especially the outside hallways is definitely lacking. The floors needed a coat of paint badly and garbage was left in the hallway. Elevator was dirty, both floor and door. Shower wall had dirty marks on it (I tried and yes, they rubbed off easily) so obviously not washed properly after last guest. Breakfast was ok.

I am only giving 1 start, because the gentleman working the front desk (possibly owner) did make an attempt to make it right.

We booked the hotel for 2 nights (4/5 and 4/6) because my not even 2yr old son was having surgery nearby, and it seemed like a fair price to be within 10min of the surgery center.

The lobby kooked great & well kept. However, when we got off the elevator for the 2nd floor (outside entrance), and we noticed that EVERY window on the way to our room had a THICK layer of dust, dirt, and grime, that should have been our first clue that this was not going to be a clean room.

As soon as we entered, the room didn't even have that "clean" smell. I checked the beds first to make sure there were no bed bugs & found hair between the sheets. Dust covering every surface. Splatters on every mirror in the room that weren't even attempted to be cleaned off. What looked like squished bugs (possibly flies?) on the headboard. You could tell the floors had not been vacuumed. I checked the sink outside the bathroom & it didn't appear to be clean, water spots on the faucet handles. The toilet hadn't been scrubbed and under the seat (yes, I lifted to check it) you could see spots of urine/feces.

I immediately went downstairs to tell the gentleman we wouldn't be staying, as the room was filthy. He asked to make it right & offered us a room on the 3rd floor. Due to my son having surgery & needing a clean environment, I politely declined. He asked if I'd like to just take a look, and because my little one had been in a car for over 4hrs, was tired, cranky, and needed a diaper change, I told him I appreciated the offer but we had booked somewhere else.

He understood and printed the papers I needed. I'm still waiting on the refund. When I checked my bank account, they had charged for the room, and charged an additional nights stay (possibly as a security deposit?) I'm honestly not sure. Hopefully I'll have all my money refunded & won't have to further deal...

I wish there was a no star rating. I did not stay @ this location because the desk clerk gave me a room & then gave it to another guest while I was @ the event I came to see. He assigned me room 223 & I put my belongings in the room & left to attend my event. Upon return, my key didn't work on the door so I went to the desk @ which time I was told I was in the wrong room. I told & showed the clerk the key holder said 223 & asked if it wasn't programmed for 223 then how did I put my belongings in the room. She had my bag on the counter behind the desk but I was missing other items from the room. We tried knocking repeatedly on the door but no one answered. She told me her system was down & couldn't open the door. I countered that in the event of a prolonged power outage she would be able to manually override the system to get into rooms. After about an hour, we did get into the room & I retrieved my belongings. At that point I didn't want to stay here & so far haven't been charged for my room. The young woman @ the desk was trying her best to remedy the situation but she lacked the tools to resolve it. She is responsible for good customer service skills & applied them well. The daytime desk worker is responsible for all the issues I experienced. I was not compensated in any way for this horrendous experience & was told by Choice Hotel customer service that the location would be reaching out to me but 5 days later I have not heard a thing. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION & realize that things happen but no follow up is the...

I booked a King room through your website. When we arrived to check in around 9:30 pm, the reception area smelled bad. The front desk woman took forever to check us in and didn’t say anything to us except asking what is my last name. No greeting. When we went to our room, it was 2 double beds instead of a king. I went back downstairs to the receptionist and told her our room was incorrect, it should be a king bed. To which she asked, “oh you want a king?” I said yes, that’s what I reserved. She told me the floor I requested was booked (interior coorodor) but there was one available on the 2nd floor (exterior coorodor). I said that’s fine we’ll take it as we were tired and just wanted to go to sleep. I’m not sure how the room and location I reserved was not available as I booked through the quality inn’s website. We went to the 2nd room, the walkway outside was dim lighted, dirty, and sketchy. Our room had a king size bed which was correct, however, the comforter, sheets, and pillow cases had black smears of something all over them. It was disgusting. The furniture was broken, room smelled musty, weren’t able to lock our door, TV wouldn’t connect. I told the receptionist our room was very dirty and we wouldn’t be staying here tonight. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience or asking what was dirty, she just said “so you want another room?” And I said no I want a refund, we don’t want to stay here. She said “ok, your card won’t be charged....
