Where do I start?

I placed my order at around 6:50 p.m. and was promised my order would be ready around 7:05 p.m. I went to the restaurant, went in line, and was greeted by the team members and I explained to them I was there for a pickup order. The team member acknowledged what I had said and they told me they were working on my order. I overheard some of the team members say several times out loud it that it was going to be a long wait for some select items to be ready and one of my items happened to be the ones that would take longer. However none of the team members explain this to me and I was left waiting for at least 25 to 30 minutes before another team member asked if I had an online order to pick up. I politely informed them that I was there for an online order for Jonathan, and was told it was almost done and that they apologized for the inconvenience. About another 15 minutes have passed and I was still left high and dry with no response until I finally received my first order. I had only two entrees and an order of crab rangoons, however I received a giant family sized box. I thought the team members were being politeful and giving me larger portions, however when I went to look inside the box, it was completely inaccurate of what I ordered. I brought this to their attention and was told again they were sorry for the inconvenience and that they are working on my order to make it correct. But once again I waited minutes upon minutes without any kind of communication until they finally handed me my order, which again was wrong! I looked in the bag and discovered there was an entree missing, as well as another separate entree I paid for. I went back in line again and complained to one of the team members and they resolved the issue by providing me with my correct order. All in all, it took three separate trips in line, waiting over an hour for my food, and very poor communication before receiving my order. This is not acceptable! I normally don't like to complain about poor service, but I think this needs to be brought to someone's attention. Paying over $40 for food, waiting over an hour, and poor customer lack of urgency makes me very upset and I can't stress enough how it makes me not want to return to this location, nor tell my friends are family about coming here. There are plenty of fast casual options consumers can go to now and with the type of service I received tonight, the choice is more than easy to skip Panda...

If there was a choice for zero stars I would choose that . Tonight was my second experience there. The first one I had the tsos with white rice . They chicken was like a chicken nugget covered in garbage juice ; tasted nothing like general tsos ! . Now months later my second visit I ordered a small order of chicken and mushroom and an order of cream cheese rangoon . I took a few bites and thought maybe I didn't give this place a chance . Sauce was good then I got a peice of gristle the size of a quarter which is disgusting but not really panda expresses fault so I spit it and continue eating . I ate two cream cheese Rangoon which seems slightly curdled which I though might happen when cream cheese is cooked they were hot so I assume that's safe got to the third one cold in the middle so I spit it out . I go back to their chicken take another bite where the top half of my chicken was hot bottom half of my small container was cold so I spit that bite out and pitched it . That's a lot of spitting and throwing away considering I spent over 6 dollars for 3 small Rangoon and the tiniest box I've ever seen of chicken and mushroom . Which I also didn't see any mushrooms in a dish that's labeled chicken and mushroom ! I'm not one to complain but this is by far they worst Chinese let alone the worst fast food joint I've ever wasted my money on . I suggest if you want Chinese treat yourself to sechzoin taste in the lower part of the mall they have great food it's always fresh and cooked and welp it's about the same price for twice the...

So I came here with my two kids and wife, the food was good for the cost, so no complaint there, but the younger blonde haired girl was extremely rude. She Never asked if we had been there before (we haven’t, so we had no idea what they hd to offer), was extremely rude when ordering, I asked for the chicken that came out fresh, as who doesn’t like the fresh stuff am I right? Our family ate and enjoyed the meal, so I went back up to grab 4 cookies and 2 more vegetable egg rolls, she walked away from The register even after I was standing there for about 5 minutes. The younger guy who was working drive thru had to come over and ring another customer out as she just walked away, you could tell the younger drive thru worker was extremely irritated with her as she clearly wasn’t doing her job (I don’t blame him). After realizing she had set her mind on not helping or serving us, I walked out. I will not ever be going back here. If I were a manager she’d be fired and as a manger to prove a point I’d work the shift and show customers how they deserve...

You can't go to a fast food restaurant and expect 5 star food. So we use a different scale, and the important stuff is quality, efficiency and cleanliness, I was there just after lunch on a Sunday. There were several waves of people. Even in the middle of training the line was moved and restaurant wiped up without delay! If a place like this can explain things, put together orders and keep the line moving, why can't the "burger" places with a more routine base product? I was impressed, because I expected the same old "zombie" service, but people came in,and out, with their correct orders, faster than any McD I've been in in years. Truly impressed. Oh, and the food wasn't bad either! New bowls kept coming off the grills, all in open view like a Chinese 5guys.

I come from Texas, in the area working for a little while I thought I'd try it out. All the reviews didn't seem like it would be any good. But the store lived up to the reviews. The food is okay I've definitely had better panda. But the thing I noticed before I even open the box just from the window clerk giving me the food and putting it in the passenger seat of my car... There's not a lot of food. Back home this container would have been packed full of food and here it seems to be about half as much food at most two thirds. To me definitely not worth the $8 for a two entree plate.

I am so impressed with Panda Express right now. They went out of their way to make our catered order perfect for my daughter’s birthday party. The general manager helped ensure our order was their priority first thing when they opened. The staff was very friendly and beyond helpful. They gave us a very generous amount of plates, napkins, utensils and sides of sauce and fortune cookies but they also included stickers for all the kids at the party. The food was still hot and delicious. I highly recommend them for your next catered event.
