CRANFORD COSMETICS — Attraction in Cranford

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Cranford cosmetics. I decided to invest a whopping $1,000 in their Brazilian laser hair removal treatment, expecting outstanding results. However, my experience turned out to be nothing short of upsetting.

Before making the purchase, I had a conversation with Z, the manager, to clarify a few things. I asked about the areas the treatment would cover and how long the effects would last. Z confidently assured me that it would cover all areas of a typical Brazilian wax and the results would last up to a year. She even went as far as promising to "take care of" any spots that grew back during the process, which was supposed to take around 6 months.

Initially, I did notice some areas where my hair wasn't growing back, which gave me hope. However, there was never a time when all the hair was completely gone. To make matters worse, Z, who was my technician, conveniently avoided going near areas like the bikini line, claiming that it wasn't part of a Brazilian treatment. This was a clear contradiction to what she had previously assured me.

After my final procedure, I was shocked to find that there was still a significant amount of hair that needed to be shaved in a delicate area. This was another spot that Z had neglected to treat with the laser, despite her earlier promise. Within just 4 weeks of my last session, most of the hair had already grown back. It was thin, but it was undeniably there.

When I reached out to Z to express my dissatisfaction, she simply brushed me off and claimed that there was nothing she could do. She even had the audacity to suggest that I pay for more sessions if I wanted better results. As a paying customer who had already spent a considerable amount of money on this procedure, I expected a certain level of professionalism and accountability. Instead, I was met with excuses and a request for more money.

Based on my experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend Cranford cosmetics to anyone. Their lack of professionalism, failure to deliver on their promises, and their unwillingness to rectify the situation without demanding more money is simply unacceptable. Save your hard-earned money and look elsewhere for a reliable and trustworthy cosmetic...

I struggled with my eyebrows for as long as I can remember. I could never get the shape that I really wanted and brow growth serums didn’t seem to work on me. I’d tried everything from brow pencils to brow waxes and shadows but nothing quite gave me the look that I wanted.

I viewed different websites and watched Youtube videos about micro blading/tattoo for eyebrows and started to research the procedure. I found Liliana through a local google search page and saw many of her amazing before and after photos. I saw that she received rave reviews for something that I had often considered for myself but was never brave enough to commit to – eyebrow tattooing. I just knew that I had to book an appointment and that Liliana was going to be the perfect person to create my perfect eyebrows.

I sent Liliana a message and made an appointment for a consultation. She explained the different types of brows I could pick from; a powder brow, a natural hairstroke brow, or a combination brow. I opted for the combination brow. I was afraid of going for anything too heavy and unnatural.

Weeks later, the big day arrived and to say I was still a little apprehensive. I knew that the decision I made that day would be stuck with me for a very long time, so I knew how important it would be to feel 100% happy.

When I met Liliana, I knew for sure that I’d picked the right person. She was absolutely lovely and put my mind at rest right away. She explained to me that I could apply a numbing cream to my brows and that the procedure would be relatively painless, the only discomfort I would feel would be a little bit of tenderness where she would have to keep wiping over the brows as she worked.

After the tattooing was over, Liliana made sure that I was happy with the results and advised me on the aftercare and gave me a healing balm to apply to my brows throughout the healing period. At first I was a little shocked to see them. They looked a bit dark. But within 10 days, they had faded to look natural. I had received so many compliments on them from friends and even some from people that I did not know.

I have been coming to Cranford Cosmetics for over a year now for dysport treatments. From the moment you walk into the door, someone is always there and ready to greet me with a welcoming smile. Zee, who is the cosmetic director will first bring you into her office for a consultation. This is done before any treatment. She goes over every detail of what my goals are and takes her time listening to any concerns I may have. She is also super honest which I’m sure anyone would appreciate. I currently got lip filler for the first time today. I came into the office so nervous but once I got into the room, there was so much support from everyone there to make sure I felt comfortable throughout the treatment. With Dr. Flugrad’s background in Oral and Facial Surgery, I feel super confident in his work. Not every office is like this which makes this one so special. I will be getting my first facial in the office in a few weeks and I cannot wait! Also, I just found out they are opening up another location down the shore in Point Pleasant which is exciting because I spent most of my summers down there. I am extremely thankful I found this office and would recommend it to everyone! Thank you Cranford...
