Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with Cranford Florist. I contacted Cranford Florist to get a price range on centerpieces for a party. The woman could not give me a price point and asked me come back in a week and a half to see samples (which was only 4 days before the party). I assisted in creating the arrangement and was primarily happy with it. I picked out specific color roses for the party to match my theme. When I picked up the flowers the day of the party, I noticed that there were different color roses in the arrangement and filling was missing. When I asked, she explained that someone had taken my roses that were ordered for my party the night before and used them. I was upset that she did not contact me to ask me if I would like any other color rose or a different flower to match my theme. In addition, we had agreed to put baby's breath throughout each arrangement and they have 2 strands in each arrangement. The price per arrangement was slightly high to begin with and the only compensation for the mistake was one free arrangement. I paid for flowers I did not want and filling that was not put in. My colleagues and I had lunch plans on a Wednesday with a work associate whose birthday was the following day. We decided to surprise her with a bouquet. We didn't want to order a floral arrangement in advance in case she had to cancel our lunch that day. I explained the situation to Eleanor (owner of Cranford Florist) a couple days earlier and asked if she could quickly put together a basket arrangement the morning of the lunch if it was a "go." She said yes! On that morning at 10 am, I called to confirm. She had already put something together "just in case." I threw a monkey wrench in by saying we wanted to go a little larger than what we had originally discussed, and that it should have a color theme. Eleanor said, "no problem." She had the arrangement made in time for me to pick it up at 11 am. The arrangement contained confetti roses, which have the most unusual natural coloring, as well as other very colorful flowers. The price was competitive, service was amazing and the end product looked absolutely beautiful. Our colleague loved it! I would recommend Cranford...

Thank YOU Cranford Florist & gifts. I was in need for a sympathy floral arrangement for a Funeral of a Close family friend that was scheduled the following day . I came just Before closing. Most Flower Shopps Close around 5:00 pm , they are OPEN till 6pm. The lady was very nice , she Walked me through, since it was first Time for me ordering this type of arrangement. And since i had to have it ready next day by 10am, their opening time. She came ahead of her working schedule to get the Flowers ready for me. When i got there, there was another lady that was informed about my urgency and she asked me if I like it and if I want any changes to be done.
