My mom and I did a spinning lesson and had made 2 pieces each. We were told we would receive a call in 2 weeks once they were fired and ready to be painted. We never received a phone call. We forgot about it until recently and called to inquire. We were told that whoever took the pieces out of the kiln was supposed to call us and now our pieces are no longer there because it’s been a couple months and they “throw things out after a while” or “people swipe things that are left on shelves.” We were offered a free session to go back and make more pieces if we wanted to, but that seems pointless since there’s a high likelihood those pieces could go missing too.
