Thank you to Donna! You were amazing. Please serve as an example to others at the Cranston store. We now have a brand new upholstered sofa, ottoman, as well as the pillows and arm covers. It looks beautiful and so durable. Thank you again to you both! We appreciate your hard work immensely!!

Our original review: We purchased, just 18 months ago, in a very expensive sofa, and 3 swivel chairs, plus a lg ottoman. We told Eric T. that the sofa will get very high usage. He sold us probably the worst fabric in the store. Ethan Allen is certainly not the same quality it used to be. It’s crap! 100% polyester and nylon! All he could offer ( we purchased their expensive, USELESS, warranty, which they do NOT, stand behind!! PEOPLE TAKE NOTE… DO NOT PURCHASE THEIR WARRANTY!!) was coming here with a 12.00 depillar, REALLY ERIC?? I already had one to use for my knitted garments. We had the warranty cleaning company come and the kid, with no experience, put a wire brush to the sofa and definitely tore the fibers !! My wife and I recently bought a new home and, like many, didn’t quite know where to begin our design journey. Enter R.J. I recently purchased furniture from Ethan Allen. I had been looking for something for a small living room. I worked with the designer Joanne Matuzsek to find something comfortable that would fit the size of the room and match the color of the walls and be formal but not stuffy. I had worked with Joanne in the past when I bought my house, and she has been and continues to be a godsend. Joanne helped to identify a pattern that matched the room colors (perfectly as described by my friends) for two chairs, a loveseat, an area rug, tables, a lamp and a chandelier. The furniture was delivered last week, and I just had the chandelier installed. I am so impressed and pleased with how it all came out. Joanne's attention to detail, sense of style and keen eye in picking out the right furniture fabric made for a room that exceeded my expectations. I am so pleased with the room. Everyone who has seen it has remarked how great it looks and how comfortable it is. Joanne is a master and I can't imagine that it could have come out better.
