Tsunami Lanes & FEC, Inc — Attraction in Crescent City

We came here to have a birthday party for my daughter. Everybody had a blast. The tablets made it very easy to edit player names and each player could be customized for the gutter guards to be used or not. There was plenty of tables for our guests to sit near their lanes and then some extra tables for food to be laid out on. We ordered pizza, fries, fried pickles and pitchers of soda. All the food was fast and delicious and the kitchen staff was friendly and brought it out to us when it was ready. We booked 4 lanes but didn't have as many bowlers as expected and they adjusted the pricing to 3 lanes for us no problem. The staff actually seemed really happy and were smiling and joking. This staff really went above and beyond even gave us some forks when we forgot to bring some for the birthday cake we brought. Altogether total price with bowling, food and drinks and shoe rental for the whole party was under $200. Wow. If you need a fun spot to bring your family or have a birthday party this is the spot....

I've been here 3 times now and each time the staff is extremely rude. The lanes keep giving out and your not able to finish what you pay for. But this time was the last straw. I looked online the website says they close at 8 on Sundays so I take my family at 5 wanted to pay for 2 hrs was told no because of how slow they have been. That there closing 2 hrs early. Wtf. As well as 110.00 dollors in total for 1 hr of bowling and food. I ordered a large pizza cheese sticks and 2 cheese burger meals. The scowl on the person making the food was your killing me that's to much food. I WANT TO GO HOME. Is what I was told. I am a paying customer. I don't get to leave early at my job just because we're slow. U have operational hrs that are posted for a reason. I will not be returning to this establishment again. Pretty disappointed with the Donna B Cafe. Ordered the $35 party platter only to after an hour of not receiving it finally ask about when we'd be receiving our food? The clerk argued that it already went out, and was given to us. Nope the food was given to another family. Therr was no "opps", no "sorry", no "my mistake". Finally got our food after an hour and a half. When it was time to leave. The clerk looks completely miserable and like he hates his life/job. No indication of customer service at all behind the counter. You'd think over the weekend, during the busy hours they'd have/offer more help for the employees.
