Terrible customer service! Ordered offline, the app had a special 1 egg roll for $1.00. it was late and was only place open, egg rolls are in my opinion the best thing on the menu. Ordered $20 worth of egg rolls, a paid via my PayPal account upon arriving at the drive thru 15 mins after I made the order I was rudely greeted by a lady worker and informed that I would need to pull around and park because they never received the order yet. So understanding technical difficulties and such I kindly pulled around and parked. After being parked about 10 mins, which was crazy since there no other customers at all in that time that I had seen the woman came slowly came walking out of the front door and informed me that she still hadnt received the order. This was now 30 mins after the order had been made and money had be taken out of my PayPal. I showed her the transaction via my PayPal and that order had been ordered via jack in the box app. Upon seeing that I wasn't lying she informed me she would provide me with the food just this once (what?! I had already paid for it wasn't like I was getting one over on her or something!) And then without even reading the order tried to walk off. I asked her if she even read the order and she came back and glanced at it commenting annoyed that I really wanted 20 egg rolls?! Yes yes I did. Acting grossed out and annoyed she slowly drug herself back in the restaurant. About 15 mins after that she came back out and thrust my food to me and proceeded to try to walk away again I had to stop her and ask if she had put sweet and sour in the bag, she said she had. And walked away top fast to ask for any other sauce. I don't know why anyone would treat a paying customer this way especially when they the only customer in the 30 mins that I saw. Read moreThe overnight workers at this restaurant are the most poorly trained workers I have seen at a restaurant. Now when I arrived there was one car at the window and one car (me) at the board, with enough space for maybe 6-7 cars between us. During my ten minute wait at the board several cars pulled up behind me, a couple cars even left because of the wait. I'm not sure why the employees don't take advantage of the long drive thru and take orders faster. Placing my order which came out to around $13 was fast enough. When I arrive at the window the cashier took my card and had it for five minutes before announcing the machine was down and asking if I had cash. Now I don't carry cash, so I informed him no I did not. Now I can see my food and drink on the counter, in my head I'm thinking "there's no way they had me waiting fifteen minutes to not give me my small order". Well I was wrong, the cashier gave me my card, apologized and sent me on my way without even my soda. Out of all my visits to this restaurant, none have been pleasant, but this one...
Read moreIt was a pretty slow restaurant. We waited in line for roughly half an hour, and when we did get to order we were missing about 9 or 10 dollars worth of food. That's pretty ridiculous. It was like there was only one person working there, but I did give it three stars because I have sympothy for the unfortunate soul who was obviously overwhelmed. It was also the middle of the night. And I'm just putting this out there, but the honey mustard was rancid and the food was cold. That's unfortunate because we were traveling and had to use our confusing hotel microwave to heat our food. It would've been easier if it was warm. Other than that, the food (that we got) was also great, because it IS a jack in the box. Case in point, I'm not gonna roast this place TOO badly, because I do understand how overwhelmed they must be.
