I traveled 2 hours to your store because I wanted to see if I'd like to be a shop owner in your space and to shop. We were there on Halloween (yesterday.) and checked out at 11:47 a.m. I only had a good experience with the Young lady at the Checkout. It was not busy at the register. The much older lady with dark hair stepped forward and DIDN'T acknowledge us but she stepped up to make a point because she didnt like the hat that I purchased and barely touched it with her index finger and thumbnail and dropped it in the bag like a piece of GARBAGE. The Young lady was professional and went to hand the much older lady with the dark hair the receipt and the much older cranky lady dropped the bag onto the counter turned and walked off on purpose like a petulant child I might add and my husband had to pick it up off the counter. He thought she was handing it to him but he figured out her repulsive behavior was because of the hat as it landed on the counter in the bag. The much older lady with dark hair didn't thank us, tell us to have a nice day nor did the man behind the counter. I retrieved the receipt because the much older lady walked off. The Young lady was very kind and professional and the much older lady needs to learn from the young ladies kindness and professionalism. I wouldn't want my business associated with this type of customer service so I will not proceed with your business because of her distasteful behavior. I'd give the nice Young woman 10 plus stars and want to thank her for being so kind. The much older woman zero stars and she shouldn't be in customer service nor be the face of small business' if she's going to behave that way and I hope when other customers purchase the other hats, t-shirts and memorabilia that I saw she decides to ring them up with grace and not distain as she did to us. Read moreI visited for the first time yesterday with a group of 5 friends. There were 2 ladies at the registers. Register A I went to and my friend went to register B. It appeared that Register A was finishing up a transaction, so I waited, in the meantime my friend a register B finished and the next customer approached to be waited on by register B. Register A never at any point, made eye contact with me, never acknowledge my presence. I was hoping that she would have at least said I'll be right with you.
