Staff incredibly rude and disrespectful, they were basically chasing me around the entire store their assistant producer whom is a horrible old witch looking woman with pixie-cut gray hair snagged teeth [honestly all she was missing was her broom] refused my return saying “no we don’t have to take this” and cashier says “this is empty” (it definitely was NOT & I nearly took the lid off to squirt the product at them after my experience) then a bald black man wearing all black (his shirt read “Missouri Historical Society”) kept asking me if I needed help….1st off do you work here….? 2ndly GTFO of my face and 3rd for a secret shopper you just blew your cover, buddy. Workers are very rude and provides poor customer service. Very unsatisfied went shopping at one of my favorite stores. To have a worker to follow me around the store while trying to shop. Also making insult and harassment for looking at perfumes and smelling perfumes I’m trying to purchase. Didn’t take any merchandise out of box was out in the open. I love TJ Maxx it's kind of like going to a thrift store but it's all brand new items and they are priced well below the mall I can tell you sometimes the place is a little disorganized that's because the customers probably don't like to put stuff back where they got it and the employees are not going behind them probably as well as they should recovering the store but I've always been happy and pleased and I've always came away with something I couldn't live without and they seem to be pretty nice now and seems to be upset no one seems to be disinterested in being there so overall a very good experience I've been there numerous times and I will...
