I first began treatment with Dr. Steffan when he was located at Evolve Chiropractic in Barrington, IL. I was experiencing severe back pain, along with neck pain and frequent migraines. Since receiving consistent chiropractic adjustments under his care, my overall pain has decreased significantly. I used to suffer from multiple migraines each month, and I’m happy to say that I haven’t had a single one in over two months. I highly recommend Dr. Steffan to anyone seeking chiropractic care. He is exceptionally knowledgeable, professional, and demonstrates excellent bedside manner. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about his patients—he listens attentively to my concerns and remembers even the small details. Evolve is more than just chiropractic adjustment, it is that and so much more: physical therapy, traction, exercise, and a commitment to overall health. The PT staff (Nicole, Ally, Julie, Biancca) is so friendly and welcoming and Dr. B is very personable. They develop a personalized plan just for you, and evaluate your progress along the journey.

It is also like going to a small gym... I have used the equipment to develop my core, correct my posture, stretch, and more. Another thing I find is just a community of patients that slowly get to know one another as they workout. Everyone is super positive and encouraging.

UPDATE: Bring Dr. B back to Crystal Lake! He was the reason I joined Evolve 6 months ago and achieved so much progress. He and his team created such a great culture. I was referred to Dr. Burney from multiple people. I started coming to Evolve Chiropractic in Crystal Lake right when they opened & from the jump I was super impressed. Everyone who works there is so welcoming & knowledgeable. They’re professional, but also fun & cool. They’ve got a really good dynamic going on & it makes you want to be a part of their crew lol. The atmosphere is also very open & clean. I was previously skeptical of chiropractic practices, but I’m really so happy I came here. I have Scoliosis & my back has been feeling so much better after only 1 month into my plan. Not only do they do adjustments, but they customize a plan for each individual client that’s multifaceted.
