Ivy Station — Attraction in Culver City

I was going to check this place out for a massage It was very confusing and scary. At the corner a man following two women, tried to trip one of them crossing a intersection. Then the women turns the man spits on her try's to hit her. She was having it she was willing to fight back the man steps back says hes going to stab her, she yells facing him F Y and he slowly walks as she and her friend walk forward. As if nothing, I turn into this huge underground parking lot and I felt so scared. I am an elder with a ouch shoulder, I thought this feels scary. This is right at the metro station. This courtyard is large with events throughout the year. This day it happens to be October fest! There were vendors with handmade merchandise for sale. There was a variety of food choices and of course beer 🍻. There is plenty of under ground parking. Under ground parking with 8 foot high clearance. The first two hours of parking is free. The commercial spaces are half-way empty. The place was built on having many retail and food options, but 50% of the spaces still sit empty over 2 yrs after the building opened. There are some great options in the neighborhoods around Ivy Station, but the complex itself needs to really look at how they are attracting commercial tenants.
