Reformation Culver — Local services in Culver City

Nice store with well made clothes. They have a cool concept and offer you to browse the store, decide what you would like to try on, make your choice on the digital panel and wait for the first available dressing room. Nice thing - all you pick will already be in the dressing room’ closet and you can add on and request different color or size right from the dressing room. The inconveniences that I’ve experienced: the store assortment is pretty poor comparing to their website. No sizes and fabrics were available for the dresses I wanted. Besides that the wait time to the dressing room was 15-20 minutes. The parking was a pain: very busy street, meters only, and you need to be very lucky to find one available. I was trying on 5 outfits and someone was knocking in the door every 5-7 minutes. If you guys have time limits please communicate it before I got into the dressing room. Came into the Culver City location to spend money. No one made contact or said hi to me. Asked about if they had a few dresses I didn’t see on the floor and got a very unfriendly reply. At check out the girl never smiled, never looked me in the eye, passed me the phone to enter my email, there was an error screen that came up and seemed annoyed when I asked her if that was the right screen. Clothes are on the pricey side but they are absolutely exquisite. I love the atmosphere and the convenience of the touch screen system they have everywhere within the store (including fitting rooms). You can just find the item and the size in the changing room and an associate brings you the chosen piece right to you within minutes.
