Rudy's Barber Shop — Attraction in Culver City

The Asian lady just could not follow instructions of what I wanted. I showed her a picture from the magazine. I also told her, "Dont worry if its too short. It will grow back". 20 mins in chair, and she is cutting 1/8 of an inch at a time. and I'm still hippyish. I had to say "cut cut cut". Then she corrects me and says that is just like the magazine person looks like. I said "its not, and, and Customer is always right", (if you want a tip). She was mad, as you could tell, I asked her what's wrong? she said nothing. She did not say thank you, and I said congratulations, you just beat yourself of a $5 tip and left. Haircut is OK but the service was bad. The barber I got was rude and she didn't clearly communicate. Additionally, not sure if the equipment was defective but the shaver was very hot and uncomfortable relative to other places. The barber also had a habit of stopping and standing there for a while making you confused of what's going on. The chinese guy smoking a cigarette butchered my hair. I asked for a pompadour haircut, showed him a picture. He kept complaining my hair was too long, but did not wet my hair or use clips. Only spent 5 minutes cutting and acted like he was done. Wound up with a bowl cut. Never seen anything like it. $15 is too much to pay for such poor service.
