T.J. Maxx — Local services in Culver City

Bought a kitchen ware a TJ Maxx... my wife didn't like the size, so I had it in the car to return it. Passed by a TJ Maxx, so I stopped to make the return... asked a clerk first if the return line was the same as the buying line, and she said yes, after checking my item, and seeing that I had a TJ Maxx receipt. After a long long long line, finally I got to the cashier. The lady looked at the receipt, fine, then she looked at the item, and something in the label made her refuse the return in that store. I said, but, this is TJ Maxx, right?, she said yes. I have a TJ Maxx receipt, right?... she said yes... So, why I cannot return this item here. She said, that the TJ Maxx were I bought, it is a different TJ Maxx, and I can only return it there. I learned my lesson... NEVER AGAIN...

I purchased a pair of computer reading glasses at TJ Maxx. Regular readers made my eyes exhausted and I couldn't see straight after I used the computer or use my iPad. Everything would be blurry and I finally said enough is enough. These e -specs are $39.99 online but you can get a pair at TJ Maxx for $7.99. I'm very happy with my new computer readers. Never again will I use regular readers to use a computer or IPad. Thanks TJ Maxx for a great bargain. These glasses are sturdy, lenses are not have a cheap feel & the anti-reflective coating does wonders. I'm writing this review because if you are using regular readers to use the computer, STOP. I love TJ Maxx. This one is abundant but messy and the restroom is disgusting. I prefer not go into detail. In short the trash-filled floor in the stalls, lack of hand soap and paper towels, etc., showed nothing but neglect. It's been that way during every visit. The clearance areas have broken products and the store in general appears to be dirty and neglected. I remember when TJ Maxx wouldn't sell any broken products as to discourage shoppers from intentionally breaking merchandise then request discounts. These are easy fixes.
