Ballroom Surge Event Space — Attraction in Dallas

I highly recommend Ballroom Surge Event Space. It is perfect. I was looking for a venue for my 50th birthday party and needed a place to hold at least 100 people, and I ran across this venue on Peerspace. I reached out and was immediately contacted within the same day. I was able to tour the facility and immediately booked the space for my party. Everything was beautiful! My guests were amazed at the venue. I choose the decoration package as an add on cost, and I am glad I did because it made my set up and take down very minimal and I was able to breathe and actually enjoy the event. This facility had bathrooms, space for a DJ, a bar area, food area, and area for table set up. The team was amazing when it came to communication, decorations, set up, basically everything. Gilda and Stephen are AWESOME! I had a Pop up shop on today 11/28/21 and both of them were so way to work with! Gilda gave me the full run down and all info needed. Communication was a Breeze! Met Stephen in person the day of and he was super helpful and friendly, made me feel very comfortable doing whatever I needed to do. He went above and beyond with setting up tables and chairs and even when he left the breaker tripped and he came all the way back and fixed the issue for us. You guys are a great team and I will definitely recommend using this venue to any and everyone and on top of that the venue is very clean, beautiful and smelled fresh when we arrived. On a scale of 1-10 I rate it a 5 customer service was mediocre from the lady over the event space she was rude in the beginning but later on was ok, the decor was nice but average, the restrooms need work, it needs touch up painting on the walls, they need to have basic equipment like a microphone, also they need a full service kitchen, unfortunately I would not recommend this event space for that reason alone also they said they would provide ice but didn't said we could use white linen for our food set up and later changed their minds and said "No", the lights that were supposed to provide color on the wall that you had to manually turn on did not work, this experience was lackluster and I would...
